Just that really.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

My second is called a variation of these names but we often call her Ann and sometime frying pan 😄

MilaRos · 24/06/2020 11:24

Anna with nn Annie

Thistlegirl4 · 24/06/2020 12:50

Definitely Anna much more timeless. The other two just sound bland and old-fashioned and not in a classic way.

SionnachRua · 24/06/2020 12:52

Anne.
Annie is cutesy, Anna is overused and boring.

Flowerpowersy · 24/06/2020 15:11

Anne is actually quite refreshing as it's been so underused.

Anna seems fashionable now but will sound dated as it falls out of fashion.

Annie is awfully cutesy. I really don't like it.

So I vote Anne.

Another one for Anna. Lovely underused simple classic name.

Anna.

Allmyeye · 18/07/2020 13:16

Is Anna too popular? I know two and they're both in their thirties. I teach and have never had one in my class.

Heh1991 · 18/07/2020 17:12

Anna- it’s a gorgeous name and suits all ages! I’d then NN Annie!

PhoebeFriends · 18/07/2020 17:13

Annie- lovely

foxtiger · 21/07/2020 21:15

Why Ana? They'll spend their lives telling people "No, it's only one N".

Because it's pronounced differently, presumably.

I like all three names, OP, but I think I would choose Anna. Annie doesn't seem quite substantial enough for someone's official name somehow, and although I really like Anne for people my age and older, I don't think its time has quite come for revival yet - you would get a lot of "oh, haven't heard that one in a long time, who is she named after?"

Sojo88 · 21/07/2020 21:25

I prefer Annie, and Anna is ok. Don't like Anne so much.

WorriedMummy2020 · 21/07/2020 21:49

Anna is nicest.
Annie is nice too. I know little girls and women of my age (40s) with the name and it suits them equally.
Anne is dated I'm afraid. Real old lady. The youngest I know is in their late 50s.

Chicchicchicchiclana · 21/07/2020 21:51

Anna is my strong favourite.

locked2020 · 21/07/2020 21:58
