Are any of these names chavvy?

Sorry for the goady title, I'll probably get flamed for using the term 'chavvy' but I just need to know if I'm setting my future child up for a lot of judgement. People do judge others for their names after all. So we have:

Summer
Lydia
Elise
Autumn
Aurelia

I don't struggle to say it
I just can't imagine using it in day to day life...like calling upstairs to say dinners ready....or calling after a toddler in the park...it feels like too many syllables.

My dd has a 3 syllable name that never gets shortened. Maybe you just get used to it?

I don’t think every name is shortened. It depends on where you live and what is the norm there. E.g. I know a Josephine, Samuel, Alexander, Stephanie and many more that are not shortened. I also know an Emma who is called Ems, a Tom (full name is Tom) who is called Tommy and many more like this.

And I know Emilys, Isabels, Miriams Sarahs and Clarissas who go by their full name.

I know two Rebeccas actually.

Longer names don't necessarily get shortened, especially if the owner doesn't like the shortenings.

My BF is a Susan who's never been known as Sue or Susie in her life.

I can imagine an Aurelia being shortened to Rey.

I agree with an earlier poster, Summer is borderline. Would depend on surname I think. The other aren't at all

I don't think so. I adore Lydia (such a lovely name) but I rather dislike Autumn tbh.

Summer, Autumn and Elise are IMO just because of the people I know with those names
