Four, one is about 70, one is mid 30s, one is early 20s and one is late 20s.

Wowzel · 19/10/2019 21:38

One, she is 40 something.

Until I met her I really liked the name Lydia! ;)

MM29 · 19/10/2019 21:38

AHintOfStyle · 19/10/2019 21:39

Just one and she's nearly 6.
(and cute as a button if that helps!)

Creas35 · 19/10/2019 21:40

None :-)

Nextphonewontbesamsung · 19/10/2019 21:40

Only one and she is 16.

HoldMyPhone · 19/10/2019 21:40

Oh no Wowzel I hate when that happens!

I think it’s beautiful but worried it’s a bit ‘old lady’

1 I think late thirties and an absolute gem of a person. Her name just makes me smile.

missmouse101 · 19/10/2019 21:41

Lydia's what? Lydias...none. The 'lid' sound is quite harsh, so not keen.

june2007 · 19/10/2019 21:42

10 years ago it seemed quite popular, but less so now. I think it is a very decent name not too popular but not unusual.

delilahbucket · 19/10/2019 21:42

Two, aged 12 and four.

notacooldad · 19/10/2019 21:43

One who s about 3 and a little cutie pie and the other is my old manager who is 62 and a lovely woman.

DinoMamasaurus · 19/10/2019 21:43

I know a preschooler Lydia and she is awesome. It’s a fantastic name and I don’t think it’s at all old lady.

sarararararah · 19/10/2019 21:43

Two. One is 17 and one is 11. The 11-year-old one is mine!

HelenaJustina · 19/10/2019 21:43

I love it, only know one age 6.

SamBeckettslastleap · 19/10/2019 21:44

I was nearly a Lydia until someone said Lydia dustbin. I'm grateful

SallyWD · 19/10/2019 21:44

One who is 6 years old.

Yeahnahyeah1 · 19/10/2019 21:44

Two. One is 15, one is my age, 25.

Ohyesiam · 19/10/2019 21:45

Zero.
I think it’s an incredibly elegant and strong feminine name

worriedaboutmygirl · 19/10/2019 21:45

I would be wary these days because of the association with Aunt Lydia in the Handmaid’s Tale

HoldMyPhone · 19/10/2019 21:46

It does seem to be for all ages of girls and women!

And thanks for grammar correction, missmouse - would be a bit mortifying if I couldn’t refer to my own child correctly Blush

worriedaboutmygirl · 19/10/2019 21:46

Also Lydia in Pride and Prejudice is not a great character but it’s the Aunt Lydia thing which would really really put me off
