Just looking for inspiration really. Thought I'd try a different approach.
Current DC middle names are Dillon and Morgan.

Ds2 after his father DH
DD Daisy Arabella, after her great grandmothers , my grandmothers.

Natsku · 11/03/2019 20:29

Liisa (middle name of both her grandmothers)
Justus (because he was Mr. Justice)

PaulineK32 · 11/03/2019 20:29

My eldest girl is marie and my youngest adalind.

wobblingalong · 11/03/2019 20:37

Rose 🙈 in my defence, I wanted Rosie for her first name, but that was the name of the midwife who inflicted the torture of the cook's balloon upon me... so that was out. I had genuinely no idea Rose was so popular! Perhaps should have waited for the drugs to wear off after giving birth before giving her that as a middle name.

Justwaitingforaline · 11/03/2019 20:42

DD’s middle name is Joy, it’s my grandmothers name Smile

Laniakea · 11/03/2019 20:43

William, Michael, Loveday, Sienna (also used Patrick & Catherine)

hiptobeasquare · 11/03/2019 20:44

DC1: James
DC2: Margaret (named after DC1s baby doll 😂)

pumpkinpie01 · 11/03/2019 20:47

Ellis , Jordan, Jade and James. Sounds bit daft last 3 beginning with a J but they flow so well with the first names it really doesn’t matter and their middle names are only used for form filling anyway.

GrumpySausage · 11/03/2019 20:54

Jonathan
Elizabeth

Both family names.

Strokethefurrywall · 11/03/2019 21:01

DS1 = James Spencer (DH middle name, DBro first name)
DS2 = John Timothy (grandfather first names)

If we had a third son his middle names would be Scott Carlton (BIL first name and a long standing family name on my side).

Corneliusmurphy · 11/03/2019 21:02

Louise - same as me, it went with her first name and in my case I assume it’s because I was born in the 80s and my sisters already had Anne and Jane Wink
Oliver - it’s dp’s mother’s maiden name (and I love the musical)
Ethan - I really liked it, dp less keen so middle name instead of first (I’m glad as I’ve really gone off it since)

Smellybluecheese · 11/03/2019 21:13

Florence (happens to be my great grandmother but that wasn’t done on purpose, we just liked it with the first name).

schnubbins · 11/03/2019 21:29

John
Alexander

Tillygetsit · 11/03/2019 23:03

Andrew and Jane. Both family connections.

HerRoyalNotness · 11/03/2019 23:05

Simon after a friend
Isaac after a friend
Juniper Florence tree for her sister and my G aunts name

itsabongthing · 11/03/2019 23:07

All family connections so eg. the middle name of my late mother in law (didn’t like her first name unfortunately), the name of my mother, the name of my grandmother - would have liked to honour her (still with us) by using it as a first name but it’s just a bit too unusual.

AlliKaneErikson · 12/03/2019 08:00

My two don't have middle names and this baby won't either.... Neither do me or OH !

I personally don't like them, I'm glad I don't have one.

Ccec · 12/03/2019 13:53
