Sibling for Edward

Hey! We are currently 32+6 with our second. We are really struggling for names. We don't know gender.
Our son is called Edward. Our son came early and was baby no name for 3 weeks, and it was a nightmare with people continually asking what baby is called, and we only agreed on that because it was the only name both of us were ok with.I would like to be a little bit more organised this time and have a name we both like without settling.
Please give me your opinions on our shortlist and any suggestions you may have

I love Anne and Katie both would go nicely with Edward.
Also like Rory and Hugo. Would also suggest Francis and Joseph.

Francis was on our list but DH let slip to MIL and she despises it I might put it back on as we loved it so much

We ended up using Elizabeth as a first name as it was the only one we could agree on, I’m still bitter that he wouldn’t let me use Beatrice!

I love Beatrice Elizabeth Anne her initials would spell Bea and it would be a nice nick name he won't agree to that and says Sylvia rose for middle names if we picked Beatrice
We love Alexandra/Alexander but both in immediate family as is Christopher and Charlotte

Screw MIL, Francis would fit really well with Edward. I'd choose that one if it were me.

Anne is nice

I have an Edward and if DC2 had been a boy I would have called them Francis, love that name.

Francis can be nicknamed Frankie which is lovely!

Beatrice and Francis are lovely!

I like all your girl's names, but Emily is quite popular at the moment. I work in a school and can think of 4 straight away. Three in the same year group.

I love Katie, but would probably have a longer name on bc - Katherine or Caitlin so she had other choices. That's why I like my boys' names, because they have so many choices about what they could call themselves.

Rory was kind of bottom of my list but it's starting to grow on me. I love Lawrence and Gregory but DH dislikes them with a passion and won't even consider it.
Our Son was very nearly Emily and I kind of still see that as his name... my DH doesn't really like siblings names starting with the same initials he is insane

That should read had our son been a girl he would have been Emily.

DH newest edition to the list... WINSTON! He is beyond ridiculous...he doesn't like Lawrence but loves Winston... I think he is going mad
