Don't go for a celeb 'out there' name if you want a name that won't belong to anyone else in your child's school. If you want a pretty but not overused name look at popular names from the 70's. My daughter's all have VERY normal names but there are very few with the same name as them.

planespotting · 04/01/2019 18:18

You mean a name? ☝🏻

jessstan2 · 04/01/2019 18:19

Blossom? What would kids at school call her for short - Blow?

No!!!!

If you are into floral names, Rose, Poppy and Lily are nice, feminine names and Iris is coming back into fashion again.

toolazytothinkofausername · 04/01/2019 18:22

Strawberry as a middle name 😃

FartnissEverbeans · 04/01/2019 18:30

Atlanta is a really strong, powerful name - I wouldn’t class it as ‘girly girl’. Monroe isn’t very girly either - the Munros are mountains in Scotland and surnames are more traditionally associated with boys. I suppose it’s associated with Marilyn but it just doesn’t seem girly to me on its own. I quite like Tallulah.

How about:

Aurelia
Aurora
Briar
Luna
Luella
Elora

BrokenLink · 04/01/2019 18:37

I like Blossom Monroe. I also like Atlanta.

What's about Peaches?

Or perhaps Curlicue or Floribunda?
