Names ruined by others?

I've always loved the name Ophelia (pans labyrinth).
While discussing it with DH he said the first thing he imagined was a 14 year old boy "I'll feel ya. . . round the back of the bike sheds." Absolutely ruined it for me.
Anybody else?

@GoneForFood - I think pronunciation Soraya differs slightly with the accent. I'm of Iranian descent as well, but the Iranian grandparent is no longer here to say if my way is correct or not! However my Iranian friend says it can be either way (rye-ah or ree-yuh), it's just with either an Iranian or British accent. I've seen some really weird spellings of the name though, with h's at the end, random a's and i's all over the place... becoming one of those names people adapt to their tastes I think!

Yes! My DP ruined a few names for me. All drug connotations: Elodie (LSD), Charlie (coke), Billy (Billy whizz: speed)

There is a song by one of my favourite bands, Wild Beasts, where they literally sing sexually about an Ophelia and it is “oh Ophelia, I feel ya” so .

Anaïs. Because if you glance quickly or write in caps it's anals.

If we had a boy, I liked the name Rhett. But DH said it sounded too close to rat. Balls does it.
