Nope sorry!

LadyGAgain · 02/01/2019 00:05

Natalie?

LadyGAgain · 02/01/2019 00:08

Natalie Imbruglia - Torn (Ripped)
Natalie - All Saints - well behaved.

If correct can you help me with the other clues.

Hats off to you. This has had be well and truly stumped!!

LadyGAgain · 02/01/2019 00:10

Appleton - fruity!

LadyGAgain · 02/01/2019 00:11

Oooh! Never ever..: all saints song.
Truly brilliant clues!!

LadyGAgain · 02/01/2019 00:31

Jazzy lady - Natalie Cole (Nat KING Cole).
I must sleep now GrinGrin

finallychangedmyusername · 02/01/2019 13:49

Haha, yep, you got it! It is indeed Natalie, which means born on Christmas day.

The final lady is Natalie Portman, actress, probably most famous for her role in Black Swan (black = overcooked and there are rumours that the Queen eats swan). And my extra clue linked "never ever" to All Saints, "torn" to Ms. Imbruglia and "this will be" to Ms. Cole. Well done @LadyGAgain!

LadyGAgain · 02/01/2019 14:10

Truly excellent clues. So sorry it took so long to work out but actually that perhaps made it more fun (for me!).

Ok here's another:

What name links the following:

  • The former spouse of a 20th century revolutionary, activist and all round game-changer.
  • she’ll take your freedom, change clothes and encourage you to keep it in the closet.
  • the Boxing Day Tsunami and a New York terrorist
finallychangedmyusername · 02/01/2019 19:36

Glad you enjoyed! I'm racking my brains on your new clue... watch this space Grin

LadyGAgain · 02/01/2019 20:39
Grin
finallychangedmyusername · 03/01/2019 20:23

Maria?

LadyGAgain · 03/01/2019 21:05

Yay! You're back.
Sorry, not Maria

finallychangedmyusername · 03/01/2019 22:48

Grin Trying again!

Liberty?
Meaning freedom, Liberty clothes store, Statue of Liberty in New York?

LadyGAgain · 03/01/2019 23:45

Very good links but unfortunately not right.
I'll have a think to another clue! I don't want to be a diva or react unreasonably just because I'm swan like and so beautiful.

finallychangedmyusername · 05/01/2019 19:24

Still thinking..... (And not getting anywhere fast!) Grin

LadyGAgain · 05/01/2019 20:51

Should I try and think of another clue? You know my last response was one?

finallychangedmyusername · 05/01/2019 21:09

Yes please, I could tell it was a clue but I'm still no closer!

LadyGAgain · 05/01/2019 21:50

3 syllables,
1 - the horse brays
2 - be present and faithful
3 - it is I

finallychangedmyusername · 05/01/2019 21:57

Naomi?

finallychangedmyusername · 05/01/2019 22:01

Naomi Watts in the Hurricane (movie about the Boxing Day hurricane), Naomi Campbell is the diva

LadyGAgain · 05/01/2019 22:42

Yes!! Well done!!

What name links the following:

  • The former spouse of a 20th century revolutionary, activist and all round game-changer.
  • she’ll take your freedom, change clothes and encourage you to keep it in the closet.
  • the Boxing Day Tsunami and a New York terrorist

Naomi Harris played Winnie Mandela
Naomi Campbell starred in each of these pop song videos PLUS had he own song called Swan
Naomi Watts starred in The Impossible about the Tsunami and the NY terrorist is King Kong starting the same Naomi Watts.

Over to you!

DuggeeHugs · 05/01/2019 23:20

Yay! Epic clues @LadyGAgain and hello @DuggeeHugs. Here's the next one:

Name shared by a Nobel prize winner and some crazy films. A martyr might go by this ultimate name, rather than his cumbersome full Latin name.

DuggeeHugs · 06/01/2019 13:00

Max?
