I went to school with 5 others with my first name
Also know another so that would be 6

I'm 51 there were four in my class at school both primary and secondary.

I've met two others in my life.

I was the only one with my name in my massive 7 form entry secondary school. I would rather have had a more popular name to be honest.

Sorry - not quite right - I was born in U.K. but parents from abroad.

They're all the same age as me, give or take a couple of years.
There were 3 of us in our primary class. There were only 6 girls in the class, and 3 of us shared the same name. In hindsight, I feel sorry for the poor teachers!

At school I came across two others over the years.

Lots and lots - I'd imagine I've met well over 100 people who share my name. It was the most common girls name the year I was born, and remained popular for a long time. I've always hated my name.

None. I've met a couple over the years but I've never actually known anyone who I come into contact with regularly.

None... I'm Facebook friends with someone who has one letter difference but that's it.

Couple in different years at senior school and have 1 friend with the same name now.
Think it was a popular name but never heard of a child being called it since I've been an adult.

And actually, I am the only person we can find in the world with my first name/surname combination... Although if I go back to my maiden name, that probably will no longer be true.

Only met a few in real life but have spoken to many at work.

I knew one other person with my name at primary school. None in my year at secondary.

At Uni I met maybe one other.

At work, I met 2 others with my name (this was about 20 years ago).

Since then, I know no-one closely with the same 1st name as me. It's not particularly rare either, for my era.

There were 3 of us at school. A friend of my mum named her daughter after me (I was 12 at the time so a bit weird) and there have been a few since but not many. I occasionally see it suggested on mn and occasionally see it being described as dated!

I worked with one while she was training. The other works in my local Starbucks.

There were 3 of us in just my 12 person friendship group! Outside that though I've never met another one! Weird.
