And Heidi. Although it's a very long time since I read that book, so I can't remember if there is a Clara in Heidi at all, never mind if she's a nice character or not.

Clara is Heidi’s friend, when the first meet Clara is in a wheelchair & Heidi helps her walk ( I think that’s how it goes, it’s been years since I read the book)

There is also a Clara at my DD’s nursery who is very sweet.

I think it’s a nice name. Quite elegant and classic. I know it’s gained in popularity lately, but I wouldn’t describe it as trendy.
