Is Coming Grin

I would go for a relatively conservative, simple name tbh, perhaps Ann or Jane

wheredoesallthetimego · 09/08/2017 21:33

would you like to be called Winter?

krakentoast · 09/08/2017 21:34

Tricky because if you use another nature name it changes the meaning of the whole name, but could mean you get a cool effect, eg

Winter Rose
Winter Belle
Winter Willow

(Just say away from Holly/Ivy/Robin...!)

Do you have family names you'd like to use? I'd be tempted to go for something a bit more traditional to balance it, eg

Winter Grace
Winter Isabella
Winter Florence
Winter Alice

RickOShay · 09/08/2017 21:35

I love the name Winter. At some point (about 10 years ago) the names Autumn and Summer were unusual whereas they are commonplace today.

Winter Elizabeth St....
Winter Josephine St....
Winter Suzette St....
Winter Collette St....

Winter is a very common name here but for boys. I had a great uncle called Winter Hedley Elden Surname.

Pair it up with something "normal" in case your kid won't like an unusual name. I like Winter Rose... sounds so romantic.

SaS2014 · 09/08/2017 21:42

I love Winter Rose!

LuxuryWoman2017 · 09/08/2017 21:42

Winter Rose, it's dreamy. I love it.

Coconutspongexo · 09/08/2017 21:42

Wonderland

HoneyWheeler · 09/08/2017 21:43

My friend has a baby called Winter Vivienne, which I quite like

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 09/08/2017 21:43

I'd love to be called Winter.

I think it needs a definitely feminine middle name though so no ambiguity.

Rose, Louisa, Bella. Something like that.

Coconutspongexo · 09/08/2017 21:43

I do like Winter Belle though.

SomeOtherFuckers · 09/08/2017 21:44

Winter Joy
Winter Violet
Winter Rebecca
Winter Dahlia

xjasminex · 09/08/2017 21:45

I know some people aren't keen on winter.
All my fathers girls are named after flowers, jasmine, daisy, lily, Olivia and I'd like to keep the same nature theme going.

If autum and summer, amber, pairs can be used I think winter won't be much of a problem. Just hard to find the perfect middle name. I do really like winter rose but I feel it's to Disney? I don't know lol

Winter Belle gets a vote from me too.

Purplemac · 09/08/2017 21:47

I like Winter Jade. But that might just be because I love the name Jade so much!

Winter is a very pretty name.

Ditsy1980 · 09/08/2017 21:49

Another vote for Winter Rose. It was the first one I thought of
