My sister (27) is a Julia. I like it as a name, but she does get irritated when people call her Julie.

yes, several. In our small (70 families?) village school there are 2 mums and I have know a pupil's parent called this too.

A wonderful colleague and godmother to one of my DDs is named Juliet.

In my family there is a 7 generation tradition of using this name and DD is one of them.
