I've only ever met one. Is it awful?

Lots of young ones in America - I think DN (11) is one of two or three in her class!

wiltingfast · 06/04/2017 18:42

I know a 6yo one

And a Julian and a Juliette

Springersprung · 06/04/2017 18:42

My sister (27) is a Julia. I like it as a name, but she does get irritated when people call her Julie.

theresamustgo · 06/04/2017 18:44

Two. One in her 40s and one in her 60s. Oh I used to know one in her 50s moons ago. Pretty name.

Batteriesallgone · 06/04/2017 18:46

Two. Both lovely. Think it's a great name.

MakeItStopNeville · 06/04/2017 18:47

podrig · 06/04/2017 18:53

My sister, quite woo Hmm

My landlady, an ex hippy

And An accountant with a very bad attitude

tarheelbaby · 06/04/2017 18:54

yes, several. In our small (70 families?) village school there are 2 mums and I have know a pupil's parent called this too.

A wonderful colleague and godmother to one of my DDs is named Juliet.

In my family there is a 7 generation tradition of using this name and DD is one of them.

Rockaby · 06/04/2017 18:59

I only know one, who is in her mid thirties.

I like it. Not keen on Jules as a nn though which might put me off a bit.

CoffeeAndOranges · 06/04/2017 19:03

My Aunt is a Julia. She's 62, very intelligent and a very no nonsense type but a generally lovely lady.

I really like the name, much better than Julie imo (mainly because I knew a Julie who was a bitch to me)

Madwomans · 06/04/2017 19:04

Yes, she's an incredibly beautiful, pre-Raphaelite-looking spiky American eight year old. I also know a ten-year-old female Julian in England.

twostepsister · 06/04/2017 19:04

Yes my beautiful best friend aged 52

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 06/04/2017 19:43

Yes three, all in the 45/55 age group.

usernjdhkvdgkb · 06/04/2017 19:44
