They aren't my cup of tea OP so I can't say I like any over another. Please don't be offended, you probably wouldn't like my name choices as I can tell many don't, but it doesn't bother me as I don't like theirs either

Another vote for Dorothea. So many nice nn options. Maude is slightly nicer I think and I like the Maude Gonne / Yeats connection, but it has fewer options. It depends how much you care about nn potential !

Dorothea Catherine - at least it is easy to spell over the phone: Delta, Oscar, Romeo, Oscar, Tango, Hotel, Echo, Alpha, new word, Charlie, Alpha, Tango, Hotel, Echo, Romeo, India, November, Echo.

Dorothea really doesn't go with Catherine. Like Thea though. Can't think of Dora without saying in my head "the explorer".

I love Maud. I won't be having any more children so my dog got the honour of holding this name. I don't see it as a dog's name though...
