Atticus or Cassius?

I can't decide which i like more, am thinking either could be shortened to Cass?
What do you think? x

I should maybe mention my other son is called Otis

I prefer cassius

Atticus as it reminds me of the father in To Kill a Mockingbird :) Cassius makes me think of Romania emperors and doesn't seem like a real name somehow

Cassius goes better with Otis. But it's a name that needs attitude to pull it off I think.

I know 3 boys called Atticus - I think it's very poncetastic.

Cassius is moderately preferable.

If it helps we went with neither of them for either of our sons Both got plainer names! Still wistful about these. Sigh.

My ds has a friend called Cassius but he gets called Cash

I have a close friend with a Cassius. It is a fabulous name. He gets Cass or Cassy for short.

He's a fantastic, chilled, clever and funny teenager if that makes any difference

these seem like joke names, most people won't like these names, apart from a very few people that really do. Like you are seeing on this thread. There are lots of nicer names out there!!!

We have an Atticus and he gets Atti
