Hudson?

To be honest, the old, traditional names are the rarest in our parts. John? Simon? Peter? Stephen? Mark?

What's the other ethnicity you mentioned? Maybe choose a name from that ethnicity

I don't think Simon, Pete or Steve are 'the old traditional names' - just names that were popular in a different era. Henry, Arthur and Reuben are names people currently describe as traditional but, although they have been around for 100's of years, 15 years ago everyone would have thought they were slightly whacky or try-hard. All I mean to say is that Simon, Pete and Steve are not in the least bit unusual, they are just the names of older men.
I still like Hudson, Cameron, Magnus and Alistair for something more unusual.

Any more thoughts?

My friend has small DSs named Gabriel and Raphael. A few others not quite so fashionable now are Alastair, Adair, Grant and Ross.

I also like my dad's name -- Campbell.
