Hi all on here,

I'm a very long time lurker - have been since my first ever pregnancy. However, unfortunately, we haven't had a child since a couple of weeks ago. IVF and 6 years later, 3 little miracles entered the world and they belong to us. I haven't wanted to take part with all the threads until I was officially a mummy. They are almost 3 weeks and I can just about begin to see their personalities come through, as multiples tend to be early, I've only just really been able to spend lots of time with them. Names are now a must.

Yes, we have had lots of ideas, but we have to think of 6 perfect names and that's becoming a really difficult task. We thought about family names, but none are particularly lovely. However, we are fans of 'filler' middle names, but I know they're not particularly liked on here, but if none sound right with our chosen names, we may not have middle names, as much to my family's disgust! We just haven't decided.

Sorry about the long post! We have 2 daughters and a son... Boys names are therefore a lot easier. Yeah, we have a lot of ideas, but there's just too many.

We like classics for boys or biblical, so names like:
Alexander
Benjamin
Charles
Daniel
Henry
Jacob
James
Louis
Matthew
Oliver
William

For girls, we vary a lot, we like such a variety:
Annabelle
Charlotte
Ella
Grace
Isabella
Lily
Olivia
Rose

There are more and definitely open to suggestions.

Thank you all so much and very pleased to be a part of this community :)

We had a Samuel after a still born son-the name means 'God has heard (me)' which we thought was very apt.

FuckyNell · 11/04/2016 08:45

Lovely names Flowers

StDogolphin · 11/04/2016 15:06

Lovely!

ABitAsleep · 11/04/2016 16:02

I would probably go for... (all your choice first names, but other ideas for middles)

Oliver Isaac
Charlotte Abigail
Lily Eliza

I just love the idea of Olly, Lottie and Lily! :)

ABitAsleep · 11/04/2016 16:10

Have you decided on middle names yet? How about...

Matthew Adam
Francesca Katrina
Gabriella Tatiana

Then the sylables would still match for all of them, and the girls would still have matching number of letters, but still quite different names :)

Lovely thread and lovely names - will you be ok with Frankie and Gabby. My 16 yr old DGD has friends with the names you've chosen but they are shortened. I'm ok with Frankie but Gabby not so much.

I was going to tell you my DGD's names, which I think are beautiful and haven't been mentioned. Glad you're steering clear of Isabella and Lily and Olivia - classes are going to be full of them!

bluechameleon · 12/04/2016 22:58

I like Alexander, Benjamin or William best from your boy list.
Annabelle and Charlotte go nicely with each other and with any of those I think, although I would avoid 2 As.

bluechameleon · 12/04/2016 23:00

Sorry, I realise I am behind the times. I didn't read the whole thread before posting! I love the names you have chosen. Congratulations!

Skiingmaniac · 12/04/2016 23:06

Love your name choices - here are my suggestions:

William Baxter (loving Baxter at the mo)
Eloise Rose
Hannah Faith

Beautiful, and yet again, fab names, so perfect together Smile

Awww they are adorable! And really lovely names. Did you pick middle names in the end? (I liked Raines' suggestion re the syllables.)

I'm expecting one in the summer, but now I'm quite jealous of your three!

JSarah · 20/04/2016 21:18

Yes, sorry!

We have, we also continued the syllable theme, but did it the other way!

Matthew Alexander (2 syllables and then 4! 8 letters and then 9!)

Francesca Isabelle (3 syllables and then 3! 9 letters and then 8!)

Gabriella Roseanne (4 syllables and then 2! 9 letters and then 8!)

It all matches up in my head Smile

I meant 7 letters for Matthew, oops Grin

Oh what scrummy babies! And I love the patterns you've made with their names; that's so cool.

OrlandaFuriosa · 21/04/2016 20:26

Lovely lovely trio.. Matthew and Gabriella look quite alike at this stage..
Congrats on them, they're gorgeous.

JSarah · 22/04/2016 17:00

I would just like to say they are all healthy at home and want to say a massive thank you Smile

One of the little misses is in a gender neutral babygrow (it makes it easier) in case you were thinking there's 2 boys! Grin

Congratulation!!! Flowers They are so cute!

I like Annabelle and Charlotte! I think they go with each other very well but aren't "matchy"...

Of the boy names I prefer Benjamin and Louis.

And Benjamin, Annabelle and Charlotte just sound like an absolutely fabulous bunch.
