Baby no.5 is 5 wks old and still has no name Sad We've sort of got a short list but I can't say she looks like any of them or that I love any of them but we're getting desperate. What do you think or any suggestions very welcome.
Louisa (don't like Lou)
Imogen
Harriet
Felicity

We're trying to avoid top 20 names and our surname is Clark which rules out my favourite name Clara

Stick the ones you like in a hat and pull one out. That's what my parents did with my little sister. 'Vivienne' came out and my Mum said 'Oh, I was hoping Chloe would come out.'

Boom. 21 years later and my sister Chloe Vivienne rocks.

Oh, poor you, sounds like you're having a tricky time. I like all your names but maybe none of them is quite right? FWIW I know a beautiful little 5 year old Lara and the name does not remind me of Lara Croft any more at all.

Sorry if these have already been suggested but I put your names into Nymbler and got these:

Violet
Lila
Alice
Cecily
Beatrice
Audrey
Vera
Emmaline
Clarissa
Penelope
Celia
Juliet
Ivy
Josephine
Lucille
Hazel
Genevieve
Antonia

There are loads more so you might want to have a look on the site yourself. You can put in your DS's name too and get matches from that. Beware - it's addictive.
Really HTH and doesn't just make you more confused. Go with your gut instinct I say - I don't think much matters in terms of naming apart from the fact that you both like it and feel that it suits your DD. And congratulations! :)

How about a -bel name, eg Isabel, Annabel etc, or just Bella? Then you can keep the Tinkerbell nickname! Annabel Rose is lovely. Or Wendy (on the Tinkerbell/peter pan theme...)

I wouldn't discount Felicity just because DS has a problem with 's'- surely he will grow out of that? And Suzannah- I don't think it matters that your sister has a similar name, she will be flattered, surely?

Other suggestions- Tess, Eliza, Polly, Martha, Zara, Julia, Rowena, Juliet, Rosie, Evangeline, Charlotte, Clementine, Lorna, Larissa, Freya, Phoebe, Lucinda, Rebecca

Let us know what you finally pick!

Oooh , forgot my new favourite name and I reckon it fits your criteria- Honor! Beautiful name, not too common and no obvious nicknames.

Ah yes I forgot to suggest Mabel - she could be a Tinkerbell too!

Or Ishbel
