We have an Oliver.

Thinking of names for hypothetical DS2. Cannot think of a name that we like as much as Oliver!!

What do you think, oh mighty ones..? Ideally need ideas that you think are a similar feel to Oliver. I feel like there is one out there that I am missing! Like old-fashioned proper names, that have nice nicknames! Thanks lots!

Why not go for Oliver if you like it so much?

Otherwise, how about: Oscar, Felix, Samuel, Joshua, Matthew, Michael, Ellis, Alexander?

I have an Oliver. Ds2 is Zachary (Zach). I like Isaac too with nn Zach.

We have an Oliver and a Max. Max isn't really old fashioned or proper but we know another Olly/Max so maybe they go well together!

Plonker I love Benjamin, but vetoed by DH as surname begins with O. Already a Jack, Charlie and James in the family. Not keen on William - even though I wish I was because I know it goes well! Like Peter but it is DH good friend so bit weird

oni and spi Already an Alex, Michael and Samuel in the family as well, and a dog Oscar and cat Felix, and not keen on the others unfortunately, but thanks lots! Keep thinking!

Allie Timothy is another I want to like but just don't! Think it's bad associations from childhood! Sorry but thanks!
