i have blogged mother's day card here

I've bought some Silver Art Clay + bits & bobs of tools from someone who is selling up. Have been wanting to give this a go for ages.
(Clay like material that you can roll, shape, fire on a gas hob & it ends up 99% pure silver!)

This is my treat to me for almost finishing my dyslexia course! I'm not allowed to play with it until all is submitted & passed!

how can you resist? i'd love to go on a course to learn about that but worry that i'd waste it - everytime i've tried fimo i've drawn a blank!

Should only be a couple more days VV - fingers crossed

Hello, I am a bad, bad girl as I haven't been on Mumsnet A&C for ages. I've had a few problems finding any motivation lately to make anything but I think I am on the road to recovery now.

Time always seems to be short (we've got a new dog so he has been taking up lots of my time recently, love him), and I haven't wanted to set foot inside my workroom as I felt an imposter ...

Anyhow, I've been making again recently and currently have a pile of WIP's on the go.

This is what I have been up to on my blog

I am going to sit for half an hour tomorrow and catch up on everyone's blogs

tilly, we're all hiding out on twitter these days!

I shall have to investigate to see what all the fuss is about ...

Dingle - MIL loved the card & so did others that saw it

Not been about much as its been a bit traumatic recently - my dad died suddenly so its not been much fun. I'm Ok though.

My silver art clay pressie to myself after finishing my year long course might be a duffer as nothing has arrived & someone else hasn't got the stuff she bought off the same seller either (not off MN I must add)

sorry I havne't been on here much its been so manic with the holiday and everything.. I have been doing some crafting.. more sewing than anything else though I fancy doing some beading soon...

update : my silver art clay did arrive & I have been playing! Still a bit scary as you get so little for you money - its precious stuff! Will get back into blogging soon - I may start with a new blog as my old one is sadly neglected!

wierded out as somone on flickr has copied my card art.. its wierd.. www.flickr.com/photos/hockamama/ has filched by her own discription my Owl card and russian doll card.. and i page two Vv pointed out a tree embroidery very similar to my poison apple tree... feels so wierd I'm not even that good or well know to be copied... and to be copied exactly soo odd and stalkerish
