i sort of do this already, somtimes i think i'm being a bit rude though and should elaborate. but then i usually don't have that much time to write long winded answers and am dubious whether anyone will even read them, esecially if i don't put them in paragraphs. i always think if anyone actually does read my posts and wants me to put more than a few words they will ask.

I think giving up on long winded responses to OP's that never get read and responding to every thread with only one word answers is not the way forward and I think you are being very unreasonable and selfish even contemplating it.

I think everyone who replies on a thread should reply with a minimum of 7 properly constructed sentences and include the word 'artichoke' even if it may be deemed inappropriate for the topic being discussed.
