tis a PITA when people appear to ignore your carefully crafter and well thought out post - and even more of a PITA when someone else says almost the exact same thing and everyone after says "I agree with X" and "what X said" when YOU had said it first!
But, but, but - sometimes people say "thank you" and "you have it spot on" and "that is so helpful" - and the times that happen make up for the others, imo.
