My living room stinks of cigarette smoke. What the hell could it be ?

Has someone been in your house who has been smoking or around a smoker?

Do you have pets that might have brought in a cigarette butt from the street, or maybe on the bottom of someones shoe?

Neighbours - we have the same problem in our kitchen and our neighbour is a very heavy smoker!

You joined to next door? I get the smell of smoke in my house when neighbours smoke

Weirdly it comes in through the cupboard under the sink - I'd imagine it comes through some joining cavity

Or a wire behind the telly getting burnt out and giving off a weird smell - this happened to me and we blamed each other, the dog and the cat before we checked behind the tv.

No, kids are only 8 and 11. No interest in that sort of thing yet. Its weird, quite a strong smell too
