Why does Radio Scotland in droning voice keep telling us that ex amount of peolple have died thru taking comtaminted heroin? Apparently is contains Anthrax and a few bods have died. Surely, they shouldnt be taking the bloody stuff in the first place.
Thru' no fault of my own,I have been treated for Breast Cancer 4 times and continue on long term stuff to try and keep it at bay. I sometimes have to argue my case to get a more expensive drug which has less side effects.Why should resources which could be spent on me and others like me be used for twats who bring it on themselves? Dont mention, smoking, too much alchohol, obesity either!!! To get into the Chemo Room,you rung the gauntlet of patients hooked up to their treatment fagging it outside,i know they maybe on the way out, but I dont care,but why waste the cash? I know, I know, I shouldnt let it get to me,but it does.

I have had to pay for most of my medical treatment by selling my house as most of the mental health budget in my previous town was taken up treating addictions. I don't know if that is true, it is what I was told by my doctor and a consultant in hospital.

When you may be facing death and money is a factor you do think things that you would not normally think.

Whos condoning drugs we just do go down and think they should die, or it should not be funded for them!

I do understand cancer, having watched my own father suffer and die from the disease, I understand the heartache is has on all concerned and not just the suffer!

I can related immensely to a cancer suffer, when my father asked me for a shot gun to ease our pain, not his was gut and heart wrenching to the highest point I threw up their and then!

Even until the last day he still though of us and not himself. He was 41!

Oh did I mention that he was a alcoholic and the NHS didn't have the money to cure him, so he tried to cure himself and died with renal failure by going t-total!

Paisleyleaf - there are a significant number of deaths related to methadone every year - if you google methadone related deaths, you will find lots of info specific to whereabouts in the UK/world you are.

Methadon is a substitute given to herion users to try and wean them off the drug. Methadone programms are strictly supervised BUT methadone is still sold on the black market.

Not to be confused with Metha DRONE, which is a different kettle of fish all togetehr and is described I believe as a 'legal high'

OP I've got breast cancer too, my DS is just 3. It's a sickening diagnosis, unfair and cruel and I still feel very angry about it. However, it is not a justification for wishing harm to other people with their own issues. YABVU.
