To think that freebleeding is a bit [envy]

I have just heard of freebleeding on here whereby no sanitary protection is used . I admit that i am open to most things but this The practicalities of it must be enormous you would never leave home. I know that it would not be for me as my periods are quite heavy, even with big sanitary pads I manage to leak over my trousers, on my legs. Once when i was out i leaked through my jeans, as i got off the bus i realised must have been on the seat aswell, imagine no sanitary protection.

How does someone manage outside the house where there is limited washing facilities, must be really uncomfortable and and messy. I will probably get flamed for my views but i am prepared and armed with my hard hat. I would try reusuable sanitary protection for later on in my period but no protection

Nightwatch can hide individual posts or a whole thread,no one on Nightwatch wants to delete a whole thread if it can be helped.

It's difficult for us at the moment due to the upset that the most recent troll has caused, & with their posting history which had lead to very vile, upsetting pictures & posts it's a difficult situation for us & we've had become more cautious as a precaution.

I'm so Sorry it's lead to your post being hidden,
Hopefully once the new system is working new posters will be blocked from posting images & we will be able to relax a bit!

Didn't even realized this was a zombie til I came across my six year old posts! :o So weird.

But I have a friend who does this now! The doctor told her it would help her cramps. Confused Apparently it does.

CheerfulYank · 10/09/2016 04:49

The hell? There's been a troll? What did I miss?!

NovemberInDailyFailLand · 10/09/2016 04:56

Why would anyone want blood stains all over their sheets and clothes? Are you supposed to sleep in dirty sheets for days or wash them every day?

WatcherOfTheNight · 10/09/2016 05:09

CheerfulYank you've not missed anything but you've most definitely saved yourself the price of brain bleach !
I'm no shrinking violet or prude but it's been a bit full on even by NW standards. ( And that's saying something!)

CrazyOldBagLady · 10/09/2016 06:27

Freebleeding was made up by 4chan to discredit feminists.

justanothermnuser · 10/09/2016 13:47

Confused yukkkkk!

isittimeforcoffee · 10/09/2016 16:30

I could freebleed if I really wanted to because (touch wood) I have incredibly light periods. I can't use tampons because I don't bleed enough and I get away with using a liner most of the time instead of san towels. Free bleeding isn't something I've ever particularly chosen, but if I have ever been out and realised my period has started, I am absolutely fine without anything until I get home.

specialsubject · 10/09/2016 17:12

Page 4 before the bleeding stops in water stupidity comes up. Quite good really.

This is a myth perpetuated by those too stupid to understand gravity. There may be no apparent bleeding while in the pool, because swimming is carried out horizontally. Also because you cant see it because you dont look behind you. But unless you levitate horizontally out of the pool, you will bleed in it. This nonsense is a classic of ' i heard'.

Period? Internal protection or do not swim in shared water.

I didn't know people nowadays in western society freebled but I'm intrigued to learn more (just out of interest - not to freebleed myself!). However, a few weeks ago, I did read an Amercian article about being able to swim without any santiary protection because the body stops bleeding when in water. Sounds great but not so sure it would completely - imagine if you were in your local pool and started leaving a trail!

Not sure this is true. When I have a bath, I bleed...
