@Milady

Are you joking? Everyone knows you wean at 12 weeks with a mixture of white sugar, double cream, porridge and calpol, fed from a bottle with a big whole cut in the teat (propped up on a pillow)... silly!

WhoIsAsking · 23/03/2010 15:45

Oh poor you. I was 10 days late with DS1, people kept saying:

" Oh my, haven't you had that baby yet?"

I wanted to reply

"Oh, yeah, I had him a week ago, I've just stuffed a cushion up my jumper for a laugh"

twats.

Scrudd · 23/03/2010 15:47

How do I ensure that my 13yr old, who incidentally started her periods yesterday, doesn't come home pregnant within the year? Did I smack her enough as a toddler to make sure she knows right from wrong?

WhoIsAsking · 23/03/2010 15:48

Which is the fastest land going mammal?

What is the difference between a laptop and a notebook?

What is the best gun in Modern Warfare 2?

PlumBumMum · 23/03/2010 15:50

in her place

Scardypants · 23/03/2010 15:52

I had a bit of a root around to feel if I was any closer to going into labour (I know, I know but I was young and stupid) and I ended up with a mucus plug in my hand and a dd the following morning. I repeat I was very young and stupid but I suppose if doctors and nurses are poking about no harm me trying.

SPBInDisguise · 23/03/2010 15:52

I thought so

Which is the fastest land going mammal?

  • a human in concorde

What is the difference between a laptop and a notebook?

  • a notebook has pages and is bound at the -top. A laptop is a kind of COM-PEW-TERR

What is the best gun in Modern Warfare 2?

  • pass
SPBInDisguise · 23/03/2010 15:53

oh sorry you said land going - substitute F1 car for concorde (although I wonder what its speed was just before take off)

PlumBumMum · 23/03/2010 15:53

OP is giving out her fountain of knowledge

MillyR · 23/03/2010 15:54

Have a root around is NEVER good medical advice.

Op is here, too.

Scardypants · 23/03/2010 16:00

Nobody advised me to do it, I took it upon myself. Hope nobody took me recounting my experience as advice. Dread to think what people would be doing if they took all I had to say as advice
