OK, the "19 year old" has now used the word "frigging". A word almost exclusively confined to my 74 year old mother. A very good value AIBU thread all told.

Well done!

I open the jar of Bisto, spoon some into a jug pour on boiling water, and stir. Marvellous.

And then I can lie in till ten am. You should try it.

MrsC2010 · 21/02/2010 14:26

Haha.

MillyR · 21/02/2010 14:26

What is the French word for the colour liver? As in, I have a liver and white dog.

LadyThompson · 21/02/2010 14:26

Aw cack. Don't it just take the wind of one's sails when italics don't work?

janeite · 21/02/2010 14:26

I have been on MN since time began but I have never made Mars' lemon drizzle cake. How can that be? I need to make it don't I? Recipe please?

OP - maybe you should go and eat the dictionary. It will have far more nutrients than the sausages and you may have something more intelligent to say on your return.

cligan · 21/02/2010 14:26

I think she's a bit slack, to be honest. I get up at 4am to harvest my home grown organic veg at just the right time to ensure they have full nutritional value...

that is of course, before I put the tin bath out for my hubby to have a quick sluice in front of our range before going down the mine.

I'm so glad its Sunday (and my birthday!) I can take it easy today, no scrubbing the front doorstep for me!

Mmm, I haven't heard 'frigging' since 'Minder'. Cligan, are you Dennis Waterman? You didn't really ask for advice as such, did you? Had you done so, I am sure you would have been treated very kindly.

cligan · 21/02/2010 14:29

n korma, are you one of the decent ones, or you are acctualy being just a mean as these other ones who have just gatherd around the other to chant 'make her feel like SHIT make her feel like SHIT'

you lot are no better than the school yard bullies. hope your kids arnt a victim to someone like you.

It is a springer spaniel

MrsC2010 · 21/02/2010 14:30

Cligan, not to be funny, but you started with the whole 'I'm 19 and I can spell innit'...which was patently not true. This was pointed out to you.

OK, am now laughing out loud - Cligan as Denis Waterman. Although I admit I'm easily amused

MaisietheMorningsideCat · 21/02/2010 14:31

Jane - you must make the lemon drizzle cake. It's so easy, utterly delicious - and huge, so lasts us for, oooh, 2 days at least.

cligan, you posted an OP criticising the way others spell. It was riddled with badly spelled words. What did you expect?

Netmums?

You may want to rethink scrabble as a favourite pastime.
