To think my friend should have kept her mouth shut

My friend has a lovely neighbour how I have a bit of a secret crush on (see here), but I confided in her about it and she went and told him about it.

He has approached me and said that he feels the same and if I want we can do what all his friends are accusing us but just keep it secret.

I don't need this, I do actually really like this lad, but wouldn't have acted on it until he was at least 20... now this has come up it is really testing my boundries...

I just keep thinking we might as well if we keep getting accused of it...

Eww.

ChickensLoveMarmite · 10/02/2010 13:20

I second the eww.

does this need a fresh thread......

are not all the gruesome pertinent details avalable onthe linked thread. Was there a dip in interest?

MorningTownRide · 10/02/2010 13:23

Keep it in your pants, love

squeaver · 10/02/2010 13:23

Your friend's an idiot. And so would you be if you did anything about this. Sorry.

I know this boy is only 16 but how old are the rest of you? 12?

And I third the eww.

IndigoSky · 10/02/2010 13:24

He probably just wants an easy shag. That's pretty much all 16 year old boys want....

nasty nasty nasty

WhoIsAsking · 10/02/2010 13:27

What kind of freak is your neighbour.

As to the "might as well do it if people think we are anyway" bit of your post. I actually can't be arsed.

Malificence · 10/02/2010 13:28

I've asked my 20 year old DD if she could envisage fancying a 16 year old boy - her exact words were "Are you insane mother?"

12 year old girls are generally more mature than 16 year old boys, as I'm sure you can remember from school.

As you are on mumsnet I presume you have a child? A partner?

Quite frankly, it's just odd.

ShinyAndNew · 10/02/2010 13:30

Seriously? You need help.

Ewwww.

CradleSnatcher · 10/02/2010 13:32

I know it's wrong, it's just at the forefront of my mind atm.

Wish I could get him out of my head

Chillohippi · 10/02/2010 13:33

Control yourself. 16 is a child. He's probably still at school.

CradleSnatcher - you're clearly on a wind-up, as deduced by your user-name. Do you come on here for any other purpose than upping the 'ick' factor?

Murdering my stupid, arse fuckpig of a boss is at the forefront of my mind atm.

I know it's wrong but I would be so easy and the bloke who works next door said he deserves it and he wouldn't mind!

CradleSnatcher · 10/02/2010 13:39

I can troll too, if I wanted, I'm glad I name changed...

He isn't at school, he is a very grown up 16 year old...

Much more mature that my 28yo (now x)DP

He is the first person in a LONG time I actually fancy.. due to lots of ill treatment of me in my past I find it hard to even think about someone touching me... so why when I finally like someone enough do they have to be 16!?!

OP posts:
mylifemykids · 10/02/2010 13:42

I thought you said being intimate with anyone scared you shitless?

Fimblehobbs · 10/02/2010 13:42

Oh do grow up

PlumBumMum · 10/02/2010 13:46

Did you post this before? I clicked on link expecting to find an old thread

There was a thread before where the op fancied her friends young neighbour

Booyhoo · 10/02/2010 13:49

you are 23. what could you possible see/have in common/talk about with a 16 year old?

seriously? imagine going out for a drink!! how embarrased would you both be when people started looking and sniggering and what if someone recognised one or both of you.

get a life, and adult life for you are infact of adult age and this boy is infact a child.

you know it is wrong.

Mylifemykids- that's what i mean, why is it that when I could finally imagine being intimate with someone they are unavailable??

It's so frustrating

I have had several relationships over the past 2 years that I have sabotaged because I was too afraid to get intimate

If only he was 23+ or I were 16
