It's really irratating me now, Britain has never been "fixed".

I know Mr Smuggness will be our next PM, and I've been trying to avoid him, but he's frikin' EVERYWHERE! Using the Edlington case to highlight his theory was pretty poor aswell.

God, Im going to unplug the TV for a few days after the Election, his smuggness just might make me explode!

Peachy · 28/01/2010 09:55

Oh right the training day

Don't know much about it,for an organisation called hope not hate, am going for a look see- as I said am anti rcism etc but in no way anti freespeech or pro aggressive protest so am going in with open mind and cynical attitude if that makes sense?

they are running several across the UK.Why,are you thinking of attending?

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 09:59

lol...

No, I haven't lured you here under false pretenses..

I just wanted to say.....keep me informed about how things go on that course you're doing....I didn't have alot of time to talk when you mentioned it... but it sounds very interesting....

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:00

Xposts...sorry

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:02

Er...no, I wont be attending ...

Freedom of speech and all that peachy...you know how I feel about things...

Peachy · 28/01/2010 10:14

I thought younweregoing to askmefor dates to build a welcoming committeeLOL

Willhappily tell you what happens, not until later in the sping though. like I said, not wanting a part in any nastiness or vioklent prtest but interested for certain

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:14

Just let me know what gets said....

Thanks...

Oh...while I'm here;...Broken Britain example 98047

They sell Ouija boards in argos.... x100

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:15

Peachy...it's bollox....

The BNP are legit and no one can silence them....

Peachy · 28/01/2010 10:16

We were doing Ouija back in 1852 when I was in school (OK, 1980)... example dismissed

Peachy · 28/01/2010 10:17

Dp you're not getting it

I don't want to silence anyone

But I am interestd in their policies etc which theya re covering becuase I want tobe able to formulate counter arguments, all perfectly reasonable.

The BNP run days on that sort iof thing, they admit that, no different. Well it won't be for me

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:19

But peachy...the course you're attending is called

"hope not hate"...

Not very diplomatic is it...?

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:21

It will be run by a load of anti-fascist wankers who haven't got a clue

Peachy · 28/01/2010 10:23

Nope, which is why I am going in with openmind.

Anyway, they somfar exist purely on a very epacefulpetitions etc level, and I amallfor that.Hope is ahrdly a negative term is it? But then I do see BNPas the politicsof hate, orrather fear and misunderstanding, formany at least. Not just the racism- I am prodebate on immigration even if I dislike BNP plans immensely- but you and I arepolarised on toehr things such as homophobia and the little bits I have heard from BNP sources about disabled people and similar arepretty horrid as well. And that is going to affect me.

Peachy · 28/01/2010 10:24

Luckily I aman anti fascist wanker with a clue

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:30

I wasn't talking about you peachy...I was talking about the wankers who cause riots outside the BBC when NG appears on QT...but stay very silent on issues such as (the now banned) Islam4uk

Peachy · 28/01/2010 10:36

Well please dome the credit of being able tospot them if and when they appear.Trust me,Dh and I have had real chats about that. I waspro Qt appearance (mainly becuase I wanted to se NG fall, and IMO he did though I know not everyone agreees) and I don't assoaite with the BBC types.

Kaloki · 28/01/2010 10:43

Is anti fascist really being used as an insult here?!

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:44

I thought he did really well all things considered.....

The BNP are not going away peachy...I don't know how well they'll do in the general election....but I have a feeling they'll do quite well...

I know we will never agree on certain issues (homosexuality for one)...but the BNP have already done some good work for this country......if it wasn't for them Labour would never have had the balls to ban Islam4uk.....they had to ban them or it would have been another million votes to BNP.......

We need them peachy....

daftpunk · 28/01/2010 10:47

Disappearing now....

catch up soon peachy

x

2old4thislark · 28/01/2010 10:48

Peachy - the funny thing is on the whole the worst behaved children come from homes where Mummy gives Jasper and Camilla everything they want. They cry - she gives in! I see some quite physical (read VICIOUS) behahviour amongst some boys. They is no reason for this bad behaviour except lack of discipline. on Sunday I saw a mum watch her 5 year old hurt another 5 year old repeatedly and she said NOTHING! And as a rule the best groups of children for me to work from a from the schools where a lot of children come from social housing!

This is strange but true!

Obviously if children have specials needs, everyone should be understanding.

And all my friends who do the same job experience the same!

Peachy · 28/01/2010 10:48

No we don't Dp, and well you know I am uncovertable to that cause.I know you've started the degree, remember I have finsihsedmine iwithmany anmodule on related topicsand I know what I believe wellenopugh by now.

And you're right they'renot going away, which is why people like me need to deal with it properly via political channels and debate.

kaloki shemeans anti-fascist in termsof those who cause violence at prtests etc, but anti fascismwithout the connotation I hoep even DPwould admit is a wonderfulthing, seeing as the BNP say they are not fascist.

Anyway DP, given the complete lack ofcarer policy, and dislikeof disability of the BNP I really am not worth you targeting.Oh yes I'll just vote for aaoprty that i think will seemy boys as second rate citizens..

er no. Ta and all.

slug · 28/01/2010 10:49

Am slightly at the concept of the BNP forcing Labour to ban Islam4UK. I thought theymanaged that one all on their lonesome.

Peachy · 28/01/2010 10:52

2and4 its both ( I spend wuite alotof time in the classroomand am doing an MA in ASD with many teachers).

My kids schoolis very MC and I do see the spoiling but I cant say they are tearing each other apart in the way children likemine and similar are, ormisbehaving bored in coridors because their TA is busy. Sorting out the SN/EBD etc kids willleave teachers freeto address the rest. And just eprhaps tear the biggest excuse from the parents whose kids like to screech not my faaaaault as well (DS1 has been baited by those a great many times,I swear bait the aspie is the fave playground game there).

2old4thislark · 28/01/2010 11:16

Think you're right about the baiting - I've seen it! Unfortunately kids just aren't very nice to each other at times.

I've actually seen little boys punch each other where it hurts! Not a one off!

Peachy · 28/01/2010 11:30

I knowmy sons does that, and I am in a battle today to get the school to even respond to his claims that he will kill another child today- school won't talk to me,LEA won't talk to school..... arrghhhh!

Guess who gets the blame if he does it?
