Genuine observation here, not trying to stir anything. It just seems a lot less cliquey and bum-licky. My replies are recognised and appreciated. I hope newbies feel welcomed and that there isn't some barrier that you have to cross in order to become 'popular'.

Well?

Yes, congratulations Justabout - that's great news

I feel the need to throw in that I also miss MartianBishop.

OrmIrian · 21/05/2009 17:39

Ooh don't you what you mean.

Actually not the last one...

Lizzylou · 21/05/2009 17:40

Daftpunk, are you now the self-appointed Tsarina of MN as a whole then?

Well done Justabout! The catholic church would be very proud!

And don't you simpletons know anything? Faux pas is both plural AND singular! Tut!

KingCanuteIAm · 21/05/2009 17:41

Sorry Rhubarb, I X posted your post saying don't bait me, feel free to ignore me

2shoes · 21/05/2009 17:41

Oh, lovely, Fio. I'm so glad!
I am in and out these days, 20 posts or nothing.
Yes, it was lovely to meet you - and you weren't a psycho or anything! That was a plus.

Hey! Why was my knitting comment deleted! I posted a comment about knitting that got deleted ffs!

Is it a new swearword?

Canute - I can't remember now this thread has moved so fast, what did you say?

Dumbledoresgirl · 21/05/2009 17:45

Aww Rhubs, what a spell in another country does for you!

Daftpunk, your post to Lizzylou was really rude and uncalled for, but I have to admit, it made me lol

2shoes · 21/05/2009 17:45

Bloody hell 2shoes! I haven't got another hidden in the shed (that would be 3) but apparently WhizzKids are keen for nominations at the mo.

Rhubarb, knitting is great. I love knitting. Even more now that I can balance me fag on me top lip to have both hands free.

RedCharityBonney · 21/05/2009 17:48

I want to be in a clique.

KingCanuteIAm · 21/05/2009 17:49

I can't remember either - it is a loooong way back, you just sounded cross

Hang on... "But certainly Mumsnet is just as funny and original to me as it always was. Saying it's stale is just insulting. You know where you can go if you don't like it.
"

But I had already said "but then that was a few years ago and I am still here so it can't be all that bad!
"

Sorry if I upset you, I really didn't mean to, I was being lighthearted again

Rhubarb · 21/05/2009 17:50

Still puzzled as to how a knitting comment can be worthy of deletion!

Perhaps Justine deleted the wrong one? Or knitting is now considered a terrorist thread?
