To think that a bumper sticker saying '100% bitch' is tacky, inappropriate and baaaaad!

Or is a woman's car her castle??

bradsmissus · 04/03/2009 23:18

YANBU - tacky and very unladylike!

Tinker · 04/03/2009 23:21

Oh, I hate these. Shoudl be '100% tedious'

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 04/03/2009 23:22

God I hate those things. YANBU. All car stickers should be banned. The worst ones are 'Princess on board' or similar - why ARE people so precious about girl children?

Sorry - bit of a rant there

steviesgirl · 04/03/2009 23:29

Lol! Reminds me of my old boss. She used to have a poster on the wall behind her desk saying "99% bitch, 1% sweetheart, so don't cross me"

Is that really supposed to intimidate?

Northernlurker · 04/03/2009 23:31

Yes it's all precious princesses until they get a driving licence and then it's '100% Bitch' - something wrong somewhere!

Rollmops · 05/03/2009 07:42

All stickers of any sort are tacky, horrid and should be banned. [yuck]

MyNameIsInigoMontoya · 05/03/2009 10:26

Someone at work has a car with cartoon knobs all over it - on the numberplate, a dangly cuddly one hanging off the mirror, loads of stickers - er, FFS WHY??

MareWithAMitchyInge · 05/03/2009 10:27

not as inappropriate as 'I fantasise about having sex with this vehicle' which is what I would like on my land rover

sarah76 · 05/03/2009 10:43

Coming from the USA, I've been very pleased with the relative lack of bumper stickers over here. Now if we could just get rid of the stuffed animals in the back window.....

mayorquimby · 05/03/2009 10:47

yanbu.i'm with a complete ban on stickers on cars. and people with "baby on board" or any such variation are frst up against the wall come the revolution.

Marthasmama · 05/03/2009 10:51

I don't understand why people have them. Like t-shirts with things like gorgeous on them. If you have to have that written on you, you're probably not.

mm22bys · 05/03/2009 12:32

Tacky in the extreme.

I hate them.

I agree with Ali, it seems so many more people are over-precious about their girl baby than boys. Why is that?

You know what I mean, the pink cosy toe with G-I-R-L on it (what is, Gorgeous, incredible, really lovable or something equally hideous...)

They should be banned!

KingRolo · 05/03/2009 12:39

Why anyone would advertise the fact that they are 100% female dog is beyond me.

OrmIrian · 05/03/2009 12:40

Or 100% self-obsessed.

OrmIrian · 05/03/2009 12:42

The only sticker that I would want to containing info about the driver of any vehicle is "Bloody dangerous driver" so I can keep well away. I really don't care if he/she is a bitch/stud/has attitude/sex kitten etc. It's really not my business.

Stretch · 05/03/2009 12:47

Lol OrmIrian!

Northernlurker · 05/03/2009 12:54

Maybe it was a sort of code - she was a shocking bad driver actually!

OP posts:
Botbot · 05/03/2009 13:00

I once saw a bloke wearing a baseball cap with 'I'm with this bitch' and an arrow on it. I was .

Have also seen a car sticker saying 'Only a bitch like me would love a bastard like him'. I don't even understand that one...

mm22bys · 05/03/2009 13:03

The worst one I saw was about how the driver wanted to Barbie because "that b*tch has everything".

What are these people thinking? Actually obviously they are not!

mm22bys · 05/03/2009 13:04

driver wanted to BE Barbie!

Northernlurker · 05/03/2009 13:08

Barbie's car doesn't even have an engine!! And if it did she can't bend her legs enough to drive it

As for the hat with an arrow - words fail me! (almost) Why would you let yourself be demeaned like that?

OP posts:
giveusabreak · 05/03/2009 13:13

LOL one of the mums at preschool has "Goldigga" on the back of her parka. I don't feel superior to her - she probably has more money than me but I still think she looks a prat!

solidgoldbrass · 05/03/2009 13:16

The only ones that annoy me are those farking fish shapes. You know, the ones that indicate 'I am a born again gullible twat and I drive like sh*t because my imaginary friend will protect me'.
Otherwise I think people can put what they want on their cars, t-shirts and bags.

angrypixie · 05/03/2009 13:20

The fish people worry me too. If you are actually looking forward to the 'afterlife' you are probably going to drive like a loon!

I give them a w-i-d-e berth!

HecatesTwopenceworth · 05/03/2009 13:22

When I was a youngster, I had a little poster that read

49% bitch, 51% sweetheart.
Caution. Percentages subject to change without warning.

I thought it funny at the time.
