To think that a bumper sticker saying '100% bitch' is tacky, inappropriate and baaaaad!

Oldlady, you beat me to it - I have a fish on my car, with feet on it and Darwin written in the middle:

Darwin fish badge

My car was vandalised the other day - do you think this was why?!!

StealthPolarBear · 05/03/2009 20:42

No NL, I fear it will need to be custom made

georgimama · 05/03/2009 20:48

I hate all bumper stickers and symbols. Especially the fish. And baby on board.

What are they trying to say?

"I'm a Christian, that's why I drive at 40 miles per hour, everywhere"?

"I have a child on board. You were obviously planning a deliberate ram raid on my car, but now you know I have precious cargo, you won't"?

Stupid, stupid, stupid.

toddlerama · 05/03/2009 20:49

I am a born again christian, but I refuse to stick a fish on my car and give people another reason to criticise my admittedly cack driving. Seems like a target on your back!

PerArduaAdNauseum · 05/03/2009 20:57

I was ed at a friend who said she does pull back when she sees baby on board signs. But, but, but, if you have to pull back you're too bloody close...

Shoshe · 05/03/2009 21:03

I drive a 8 seater as a CM, which is a Mazda Bongo (think transit van size)

i have always wanted to put one on the back along the lines

'if you can read this, you are to close and I cant see you. Do you really want to kill 7 kids?????'

i have 'CM on board emergency details on reverse'

So it should be fecking obvious that the car is likely to be full of kids, but you would be surprised how many idiots ill over take me on the way to school, going into a 30 on a corner Twunts!

Northernlurker · 05/03/2009 21:35

Perhaps mumsnet needs to put out car stickers

'Keep back you twunts - children and fiercely articulate parent on board'

'100% nest of vipers'

'Honk if you're a moldie' (sorry, sorry)

PerArduaAdNauseum · 05/03/2009 23:01

'nest of vipers should be on a t-shirt IMO

OldLadyKnowsNothing · 05/03/2009 23:27

Oooh, yes, I like the "I belong to a nest of vipers" T, with the MN logo somewhere discreet.

solidgoldbrass · 06/03/2009 09:43

Or 'HOw's my school run dress? Call 0800 BOden'

Northernlurker · 06/03/2009 10:13

'PFB on board'

Frasersmum123 · 06/03/2009 20:11

Our Next door but one Neighbour has 'Classy Bitch' in the back of her old banger - she also has a 9 year old daughter who wears a t-shirt saying 'If you think im a Bitch, you should meet my Mum'

Northernlurker · 07/03/2009 09:39

Leaving aside the daftness of somebody who buys that kind of t-shirt - why do they make that sort of thing for a 9 year old???

Soooo glad I'm not the only one that hates 'Baby on Board' signs. I really don't get them. At one point assumed they were an excuse to drive like an asshole because the driver was 'distracted'.

Once there was a lady in front of me with one of these signs, and at every stoplight, she'd turn around and make faces at her baby or fuss at it, and EVERY time the light would change and we'd be sitting there. I finally just laid on the horn. If something is actually wrong with the baby, pull the fuck over! Otherwise, mind the road! That's what will keep the baby safe. Twit.
