they're beautiful?

all fake blonde and liposuctioned and stuffed full of saline and silicone?

Blandmum · 09/11/2008 17:45

In all honetly I'd rather be fat, ugly and useful , than thin, beautiful and pointless.

abd other than shifting spunk these gals don't actually contribute much to the world, do they?

Have any of the girls ever had Hughs baby?

I've just ask DH what goes on in the mansion, and he said "endless shagging - well I hope that's what goes on - I'll find out when I go there when I'm 80"

Yes, I did throw something at him!

poor baby.

wehaveallbeenthere · 09/11/2008 18:10

They are his girlfriends. He has sex with all three of them at different times and sometimes all together. One of them is going to be leaving soon though as he isn't going to marry her and he is presently looking for up to 7 other women to come in and continue the series. He is stinking rich and they all live under his roof so the frolicking never stops. No rules etc.

No, they haven't but he has a grown daughter that will take over should anything happen to him. As far as I know, she is going to be left everything.

tiredsville · 09/11/2008 18:16

I was commenting as a bit of banter, but when you think about it, him shagging 19 year old girls is pretty disturbing. I hate young girls being taking advantage of.

needmorecoffee · 09/11/2008 18:59

really, they are paid prostitues. Rich comfortable ones but still prossies.
And he's an arse. Do you think he imagines they actually like him as a person?

fizzbuzz · 09/11/2008 19:02

So, when he dies, and his daughter takes over, what will happen to all the "girlfriends"?

Perhaps his daughter will fill it full of lots of toyboys

SalBySea · 09/11/2008 19:04

"really, they are paid prostitues. Rich comfortable ones but still prossies."

why prostitutes?

If DHs career continues to go well and I stay at home workin out and lookin pretty and he gives me a credit card and spending money would that make me a prozzie?

God, this sounds utterly revolting. Can't believe it's on mainstream TV.

Oh, wait. Yes I can.

dont know about taken advantage of? I reakon that they knew exactly what they were getting into and what they wanted out of it and would probably have sold their grandma and stabbed their best mate in the back to get there

mainly because they pursued him - these women come to him, he's not out on the streets lookin for vulnerable innocent young things

I don't think what hef has there is akin to a marriage although I prepare to stand corrected if those girls truly do love him and are doing it all out of love and not just after his money.
But from the TV show it looks like they they are pleasuring some old man for money.

Tortington · 09/11/2008 19:16

salt by sea- why ely on your dh to get you the life you want

?

that is for me - really the worse message that this programme gives.

i dont mind watching it, i dont think heff takes undue advantage o the girls - they know the score. and whats in it for them, fame i suppose.

thats the other shit message from this programme, ...the search for fame to solve your ills, its better than education and hard work

and in that respect i dont think its any worse than x factor and dance of programmes.

the who will be in the sound of music - who will be the dirty dancer, who will win big brother

all those type reality tv prgrammes.

it does piis me off when certain people reduce it to porn as per

At 19 years old. I was still emotionally immature and as far as i'm concerned, taken advantage of by some of the tossers I went out with. Now I'm older, they wouldn't stand a chance, I would eat them for dinner.
The man is 100 years old, he should know better. Don't think he would be amused with an old codger shagging his daughter.

Sobernow

It is a bit like the last days of the Roman Empire, ain't it?

SalBySea · 09/11/2008 19:25

I went down the achedemic route - I hated it

I had a great career - I HATED how I spent more time there than not. I am more interested in my life outside work than in. family/hobbies/friends were shoved into a few hours a month. I quit. I now work part time.

I used to earn more than DH. I dont HAVE to rely on him, if anything happened to him I wouldnt go hungry. I am CAPABLE of being chief breadwinner - I just dont like it. DH loves his job.

What I'm asking is if I quit work alltogether (I'd LOVE to) would that make me a prostitute

I will always be a work to live person, not a live to work person. I will work as little as I can comfortably live on .
