I've been with O2 for about 5 years, my whole family is, all each others friends for cheap calls. I've had cold calls about mobiles and said I've got an O2 online and they appologise for wasting my time!

What have they done?

Ive had a PAYG mobile with o2 for over 4 years and they have always seemed ok, I get free texts everytime I top-up.

Athough when I enquired about upgrding my mobile a few months ago they said they would give me a grand total of £2 towards a new one, because Im a low user!

I pay more than a contract customer would, although it came down with the introduction of the ten friends thing.

florence, I pre-signed up as well and then o2 opened up online ordering this morning. Website was chocka but out of a whole forum full of people that I was talking to, no one managed to put a successful order through. Tosspots.
