Well, I'm 53 and have a pair of red Converse hi-tops, as well as a couple of pairs of New Rock boots.

i'm 52 and i love my grey converse. Had them for 7 years and they are still going strong.
i do not care at my age what is in or out, i wear what i like.

He's probably moved on to Vans now.

We get a shiny new pair every summer. DS and I go to a shop and choose new colours and laces.

I never see anyone but 30 and 40-somethings wearing Converse.

My 90 year old uncle has a pair of converse
They have a zip up the back so they are easy for him to get on
