Well, this is absolutely sickening and terrifying. Those poor women and poor women and girls in the UK who will no doubt end up suffering too. Women's rights and safety seems to be the last thing that matters these days.

Interesting you're here to defend the racist victim blaming post @Ereshkigalangcleg, aren't you fancying yourself as a feminist?

I’m not defending it, am I? I’m saying it has zero to do with protecting women. Because you’re trying to smear women who raise concerns for that reason. Unlike this poster.

Yes they did, mostly to Commonwealth countries - look up CORB. The king himself was offered passage to Canada, but refused.

This scheme was for children aged 5 to 15, to send them to places like Canada, Australia and New Zealand. It wasn't set up for adults. Adults in Britain didn't flee to other countries when bombs were being dropped on their heads.

The Royal Family stayed in Britain during WW2 because they knew it would look pathetic if they had fled while their subjects stayed.

Therefore I don't feel very sympathetic when I hear that adult males must be accommodated in Britain because they are fleeing war.

And you won’t be the first poster to call me a racist or a transphobe for putting women and girls first, and you won’t be the last. But you won’t misrepresent my views 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately true of most women or girls who have been homeless and slept rough- true of many vulnerable women and girls. The exploitation of people smuggled into the country is not news, and not specific to small boats either- sounds like virtual signalling from a politician who is hoping to change something.

Well you're certainly not.
