What would the Left call the Right, if the small boat people were white?

Blondiebeachbabe · 29/09/2026 13:19

I'll start by saying, I am very anti open boarders, and I am horrified that so many illegal immigrants are arriving every day. But for me, it has absolutely nothing to do with skin colour, it is more to do with :

ONE) They have no documentation, and we have no idea if they have criminal backgrounds

TWO) They tend to come from cultures where women are not respected

THREE) They often come from places where rape is not a crime

FOUR) They cannot work, and it is costing Millions to house, feed and clothe them

FIVE) We are granting asylum to some people who should never get it - like the Hamas bodyguard we heard of yesterday

Lots of valid reasons I feel, however, for me, it has nothing to do with skin colour. If I had to be locked in a room overnight with a white man from a backward culture, or a black man from the UK, I would choose the latter, every single time.

It isn't colour, it's culture

But I see that people on the Far Left just scream "Racist" to anyone who opposes illegal immigration. What would they scream, if all the small boats were full of white men? And would people still march for England?

True. Plus mn is a majority female forum, some won’t like that.

People care about Palestinians because it's genocide and evil and Israel are a terrorist nation, pretty sure it has nothing to do with the colour of their skin.

No genocide thank you very much. Just a state defending its right to live. Pretty sure it's everything to do with selective support to groups of people that you favour. What was that you were saying about the right only caring about white people.

I'm not seeing anything but bias from you. I could call it something else but that would make you a hypocrite. You're not a hypocrite when it comes to race, are you?

Also people in Britain can be vile so...

The estate agent who acted as the broker in the 'baby sale plot' is named here;

Mohammad Javaid, 48 (2010)

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-11413950

There is obviously a 50/50 chance that either the broker and/or the parents were not born in the UK.

We're stuck with white British men (though the vast vast majority are perfectly lovely).

No need to import foreign men from worse countries

The vast vast majority are NOT perfectly lovely. The majority, no doubt. But not the vast vast majority. And I'd say that the majority of the men who support Tommy Robinson and other hard-right-wingers are rather unlovely in their attitudes to girls and women. Domestic violence; physical attacks and threats toward women protesters; support for the likes of Andrew Tate,

As a woman, I am not prepared to vote that lot into power!

I mean what's the different between the majority and vast vast majority?

SherryCherryLady · 04/10/2026 18:15

You're not voting "that lot" into power. I don't like them. But on one specific point I might happen to agree.

I'd like the Tories now and vote for them

The far right and the far left are both so bonkers that Reform will sweep to power if Labour fail to address the problem of Islamism.

You are vast vast vastly more bigoted than Sir Trevor Phillips.

Sir Trevor Phillips described the vast majority of attendees at the "Unite the Kingdom" march as "mostly the sort of people you'd meet in a country pub or in halftime queue for the loo at football or at a concert." src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/XwHrV_wCd0U" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen> 1]

Key Observations by Sir Trevor Phillips
Demographics: He noted that the crowds, which gathered in central London numbering up to 150,000 people, largely consisted of ordinary members of "middle Britain" rather than stereotyped extremists. src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/5eatVNqOpis" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen> 1, 2, 3,
The Alarming Aspect: Phillips stated that for those opposed to the rally's organizer, Tommy Robinson, "the most alarming aspect of the event was just how normal the vast majority of the marchers were." src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/XwHrV_wCd0U" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen> 1]
Broader Discontent: He highlighted that the turnout reflected deep public frustration and a growing breakdown of the traditional political "firewall" separating mainstream voters from populist movements driven by concerns over immigration and conventional politics. src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/5eatVNqOpis" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen> 1]

And always the "spout".

See also; "peddling" and "whipping up". They like to describe the act of telling the truth in pejorative terms to try to shame you into shutting up. The intent is to trigger a fear of social ostracisation in you so that you're scared to oppose them, it all relies heavily on manipulation.

Basic ability in pattern recognition and a desire to point out the things that you can see and hear are highly threatening to leftist ideology, those all need to be suppressed and you can see the emotional reaction throughout this thread when you reject their attempts to shut you up.

storyinside · 04/10/2026 20:55

Who can define what they actually mean by 'leftist ideology?'

EasternStandard · 04/10/2026 20:58

Yellowshire · 03/10/2026 21:19

Why are you trying to manipulate people into believing they have shortcomings? You seem to have been manipulated into believing people with different opinions on immigration are somehow deficient? Who manipulated you into that belief?

Good question.

Who can define what they actually mean by 'leftist ideology?'

We've already done the whole "define this, define that" thing earlier in this very thread. It becomes apparent very quickly that it isn't an attempt to gain deeper understanding or engage in constructive debate, its a form of sea-lioning and I'm bored with it now.

storyinside · 04/10/2026 21:25

What Is Sealioning?

  • Bad-faith questions: The person asking does not want to learn or debate honestly. They want to wear down their target's patience. 1, 2]
  • Pretense of civility: The troll stays overly polite ("I am just asking questions" or "I want a civil debate"). This makes it hard for outsiders to see the harassment. 1, 2]
  • Feigned ignorance: The troll acts clueless about basic facts or obvious points to force the victim to repeat explanations. 1, 2]
  • Human denial-of-service: It drains the target's time and energy until they snap or give up, at which point the troll claims victory.

Nah, your approach here ticks every single box of the definition of sea-lioning. I'm not going to be badgered into engaging with more trolling, we can all see what this is. I've done it with you at least once already (I strongly suspect a name change) in this thread, eventually you resorted to personal attacks and some really juvenile stuff. I'm simply not interested.
