Aibu feeling uneasy about men taking little girls to the toilet in the womens toilet?

I've seen this a few times and I dont know what is the right thing to do.
So the other week we were at the cinema. I took my daughter to the toilet and as I was waiting for her a man came out of a cubicle with a little girl and went to wash her hands.
It got me thinking.
I feel uncomfortable a man in the womens toilet. I understand how you'd potentially feel uncomfortable taking a daughter into the mens toilets.
And the only other option in this situation was the disabled toilet but morally thats wrong.

I dont know what I feel is right in this situation so wanted to know other people's opinions.
So yabu: its right for a man to take girl into female toilets
Yanbu: he should take her somewhere else...but where?

No you didn't read the initial post that referred to disabled toilet not being available. Have another look.

@Duckduckgander so you hear I am from Ireland and you try and get a discriminatory rascist little dig in about “my religion” in even though I’m not actually catholic over a discussion about toilets . It’s laughable how ignorant you are .

So you think it’s fine for someone to bring the pope into a discussion about toilets because I am Irish and they assumed I was Catholic and wanted to get a dig in ? Yeh grand whatever .

Because the Pope is the most identifiable human that is put on a pedestal above all others that I could think of and cos I'd happily put money on it he has his own toilet wherever he goes. So not a racist pet.

I was in a toilet and there was a mother outside the loo as he son was using it. Thoughts? I felt a bit uncomfortable, he was about 8

Why isn't the disabled toilet available? If this was a frequent occurrence I'd make sure she always had a female carer with her.

We have a disabled relative, I'm very aware of the challenges faced and however we do that other people must always be considered too.

Men should not be in the ladies toilets.

It's not just the case the disabled toilet isn't available, in some older smaller buildings there isn't a disabled toilet. 99% of the time she does have a female carer, me. The only other people that take her out are my parents. My mum is also disabled and wouldn't be able to take her to the toilet.

But why should people have to lay out their whole personal details just so people came weigh up whether they think the person's situation merits an exemption to the perceived rule.
