OK, a few things:
i) Europeans can be immigrants too, surely?
ii) Your claim was about people (not men), so was the survey. But that feels like a red herring. Unless you think it's mainly the women answering that rape is fine, and that the data for men would look much better.
iii) I did look for global data. I didn't find any that specifically asked about beliefs about rape (I was looking at your specific claim, because I was curious to know if the data bore it out). I did find a UN Asia Pacific survey asking men whether they had committed rape, and again found a very wide range of response, from 2.5% yes in Bangladesh to 25% ish in Papua New Guinea. So that didn't really support the idea that country, culture etc is irrelevant either.
iv) Ultimately, this is your claim. If the data is so bad that no conclusion can be drawn, what are you doing making it?
