..........with his car, making me think (and I still cannot rid myself of the picture in my head), that my darling eldest daughter was dead in the seat next to me, and is now being an utter fucking wanking tosspot shity bastard of the highest order by................

saying that it was not him driving, he had sold the car, and they were inpersonating him!!!!

since the accident he has...

1, sent ballifs to our door demanding payment for the recovery and storage of his manky mazda written off car.

2, said that I was the one driving dangerously and erratically and weaving around parked cars

3, (the latest), has now denied causing the accident, saying that he had sold the caar 5 days before said accident (and yet he was still paying for the insurance

now, the police attended the scene, they spoke to the tosser man, and HE admitted liability AT THE SCENE.......the police CONFIRMED to us, while we were in A&E and I was being treated for chest injuries and the children were being treated for broken nose/head injuries/friction burns etc, that he was the cause going on the statements taken, and I know what happened.....and yet.....and yet......

I now need to provide a detailed statement of truth about what happened, what he looked like, as do maybe the children.

we may need to go to court.

I may need to also now start criminal proceedings against him (not sure on that, the solicitor mentioned it, I have to now speak to police officer in charge when he is on duty tomorrow).

I do not need this.........we had grandma's ashes service today, it has been hard enough!.

thing that confuses me is......why deny it?? he is not liable for paying the compensation, the insurance pays that anyway. that is why you have insurance!

He maybe trying it on... when my DH was in a head on collision with a wanky twat-faced white van man doing an illegal overtake, his insurance company tried to claim DH was on the wrong side of the road . They soon backtracked when the statements were rechecked.

sounds like mine.......head on collision, man did a sort of 'u-turn' around a bus blocking him not thinking that someone (me) might be on other side of said bus!!!

he hit us head/side on (kind of scu-wiff to my wing IYGWIM), and then reckoned I was overtaking parked cars (how, it was at slanted cross-roads???), and that I was weaving around them and driving erratically.......yet HE came from behind the bus that was blocking his end of the crossroads on my side and the bus hid him from me........
