To ask if you think the prime minister has a democratic duty to house asylum seekers in middle class areas

By which I mean, would most voters support this as opposed to a change in policy to refuse in greater numbers? I honestly can't tell what "the majority" actually wants. I would prefer fewer having seen how things went in Germany thanks to the Merkel wave but I am willing to believe I'm a backwards old boomer and a majority would be more welcoming.

They (UK governments) tend to say they have no choice due to the echr but this isn't true. There are a lot of operational choices they could make (eg sometimes when people are denied entry at the border they are actually allowed into the country for a few days and instructed to report back to the airport when it's time for the removal flight).

How can Labour claim to be fiscally prudent and say we massively need to increase taxes etc and cut spending in certain areas, yet at the same time massively increase costs to the taxpayer by housing asylum seekers in expensive areas for no clear reason and certainly no remit from the people they are meant to represent. It's strange that they always manage to find billions of pounds when it suits their agenda.

What planet are you on? We are an island. There’s a massive housing shortage, and the government’s answer is to ride roughshod over local communities, dismiss genuine concerns as "nimbyism", and let developers pave over whatever green space takes their fancy.

We need land to grow food. Farmers have already taken a battering, and without them, where is our food supposed to come from? Are we just going to import everything?

There is only so much space, taxpayer funding, and housing to go around. With AI advancing, there will be even fewer jobs in the future. You only have to look on here to see how many parents are stressing about their kids struggling to find work after university.

There has been 4 gay men attacked in Ireland, 3 died, one Alex coughlan two Arab teenagers set up a fake dating account m, meet up kicked him to death on a Sunday afternoon on the roadside.

The other 3, also tricked by a meet up app, 2 were beheaded and the 3rd managed to fight back, he was scarred, when the Middle Eastern man was arrested on social welfare, housing benefits, Yousef Palani, had 375,000.00 euro in his home. He attacked the men over a few days.

Just 0.2% of land in England is recorded as vacant. The 91% recorded as 'undeveloped' is forest, farmland, water etc. So yes unless you want to start clearing trees, jeopardise our water supply or reduce our food self sufficient further we are running out of space. There is no record of developed space that is not currently in use.

You do realise that the British Isles is not just some faceless economic zone that just popped into existence when Tony Blair was elected and is an actual place with an indigenous people who have existed for thousands of years, with a long history and rich culture and that massively increasing the population also means destroying a lot of nature in order to build new homes and infrastructure whilst each extra person massively increases the carbon footprint once they start living a western lifestyle, which seems to completely contradict the claims of the Net-zero crowd that supposedly want to stop climate change. Individuals are not just interchangeable units of GDP birthed to feed the capitalist machine.

They're not idle. It's deliberate. With all that money stashed away, it's obvious they're being funded from outside. I honestly believe the government are allowing this deliberately, in order to terrorise and subjugate us. What comes next, we can only imagine.

People in poorer areas don’t want them either. But their concerns have long been dismissed by those in the middle class on the left.

The wealthy areas who vote Green, Labour and Lib Dem may now realise what they have voted for.

That’s probably where the money is coming from.
