Any of the champagne socialist lot. Emma Thompson, Linekamer, Tennant.

Mostly though Lily Allen and side kick Miquita.

Lily Allen and Miquita come over as sneery and sulky on their videos…God only knows what the’d be like in real life to a mere mortal (ie a non celebrity).

They are both nepo-babies for sure.

Prince Charles without a doubt.

You mean the King?

I’m not sure he’s “talented”.

Tilda Swinton
Ruth Wilson
Samantha Morton

@deliciousdevilwoman Samantha Morton is ridiculously down to earth. I met her once...but I didnt know it was her.

We chatted whilst waiting to pick up our kids from drama class in Nottingham. I mean this in the nicest way...she was dressed normal, very casual...we just had mum chat.

After I left I remember thinking she's a nice person, I like her.. as I usually kept myself to myself as some of the parents were abit posh and not my cup of tea 😀

Was only a few months later I think I saw her in the press or tv and the penny dropped.

Even now with all the Odessey promo interviews etc. I still think of her as that Mum who I liked.

Ellen degeneros what ever she’s called. Literally can’t stand her

Tainted, yes. Talented - definitely not. And I refuse to acknowledge his promotion. I actually had a run in with Charlie a few years ago when I caught him mumbling behind my back. And he has someone who wipes his bum but I won't get into that

Without doubt, a nasty piece of work that one and wouldn't trust her for treacle

I met Robbie Williams a lifetime ago when he was just starting to get famous. Total knob then and seems to be worse now so would not want to be his friend. Very much doubt he would want to mine so that's OK 😁

I can’t get over seeing a video of him with his wife in labour and he was just serenading the nurses. 🤢 made me cringe. Poor wife

Why?!

I know what you mean Too skinny.

LimpRat · 06/08/2026 00:08

Steve Jones, weird copy paste version of an "averagely hot guy', seems boring as tepid bathwater.

Tennant, goes without saying. A slimy rodenty little irrelevant tosspiece who falls into the trap or thinking his opinions matter one iota in the real world.

Margolyes. The human equivalent of putting your head in a blender. A blender with blunt blades.

Camilla, what a one dimensional woman, all her dresses look like nighties and most people couldn't tell you one single fact about her (other than she likes using a man with his eyes suspiciously close together as a tampon).

Is that you Meg?

elfendom1 · 06/08/2026 00:20

I agree with some above, Robbie Williams, undoubtedly arena level talented, but his energy feels so erratic. I don't dislike him, but he is unsettling. Madonna, talented enough to be a good performer, but any interview, Jesus if she could eat herself she would.

Im.not sure I understand a word of this. Mumbling behind your back? Can you clarify. It sounds interesting, but none of it makes sense without further explanation.

Carouselfish · 06/08/2026 00:46

@20milesanhouragree, was disappointed in him. People who cannot laugh at themselves are...not the best.
I normally think the people I admire for their talent would be lovely too. Maybe Cormac McCarthy? Excellent writer, notorious grump. Trent Reznor massively talented musician, monotone bore in interview.

blueshoes · 06/08/2026 00:58

Tom Cruise. He is probably very professional but just a bit terrifying.

JMSA · 06/08/2026 05:32

the80sweregreat · 05/08/2026 19:42

The richer they are the worse they are I bet. I’ve never met any celebs, but I bet so many are false and only like people almost as wealthy as they are.
For all his oddness, at least Tom cruise takes time for the fans at his premiers and so on. I’ve heard good things about him from people that have met him on film sets.

Have you heard about Tom Cruise’s cake list? If he likes you, he sends you cake every year!

My vote would be James Corden. I personally don’t find him hugely talented, but plenty do. And I think he’d be a horror.

Peter Kay

A friend works on the comedy circuit, booking the acts.
Peter Kay is the worst of the lot to deal with.
The best? Johnny Vegas 🥰

David Tennant… great as the Doctor and in several other roles, personal life and views… absolute wank puffin of a misogynistic tool.

Absolutely, the batshittery and self righteousness overshadows any talent for me though.

GiffGaffClapTrap · 06/08/2026 06:26

Emma Thompson
Jennifer Lawrence

Can see their talent but we deffo wouldn't get on.

EmpressStorm · 06/08/2026 06:29

Amanda Holden, there is something hugely irritating about her, and thays genuinly unusual for me, as generally I don’t give a fuck, but she comes across as so fake and insincere.

Someone mentioned Miriam margoyles, I love her! She’s so funny and irreverent, I’d love to spend an evening in her company, I imagine it would be highly memorable and a total blast.

Peclet · 06/08/2026 06:47

Olivia Coleman completely great in her work. Seems really annoying IRL

unlimiteddilutingjuice · 06/08/2026 06:55

Gordon Ramsey.
I feel that he would be able to sense that I'm not very good at cooking and it would trigger his prey drive.

Can’t believe Hannah Waddingham hasn’t come up yet.

Seconded. She was interviewed by the Guardian and reading between the lines, it had such mean girl energy. The journalist seemed so thrown and uncomfortable and HW came over as one of those people who knows exactly how to subtly make the other socially anxious. If she was like that in a media interview for a massive left-leaning media site, which these days is what the Guardian is, what the hell is she like when she has nothing to lose?

flippinnorastights · 06/08/2026 08:34

I would love to be friends with VB. I have also heard from people who know her through the kids that she’s lovely and that all of the children are lovely too, very polite, kind and friendly. Also know of Emma Bunton through various channels and have never heard anyone say a bad word against her. Her kids are also really lovely kids,

I cannot bear Amanda Holden (does she even have any talent??) mylene Klass, Olivia Coleman, Emma Thompson
