Tea

To find tea drinkers exhausting? 🍵
I might have the very odd cup in the rare event of a hangover. Dh would only have one if a guest is present. When we have tea - drinking guests they will drink about 3 cups in a row , five times per day. I've started telling them to help themselves to a cup because it's so exhausting keeping up with making cups of tea. Why not have a glass of water every now & then? There really is no need for copious amounts imo- especially in this weather. Are they addicted?

Are you offering tea in cups or mugs ? I personally prefer mugs as you did roughly double the amount of tea. So if you're offering me tea in a cup, I would prefer another pretty much straight away as I'm used to a mug.

I think people find you exhausting. I certainly did find reading this post so, and I'm not even a tea drinker

YABU I hate staying with people where the tea is on ration. I rarely just have one cup on its own but it would usually be two, not three (are you sure you aren't exaggerating that bit of the story?). It's perfectly normal to drink tea all day. Just tell them to help themselves.

YABU to object to what they drink. However, YANBU to not want to have to make it for them every time.
