To ask why there are no riots?

Firetreev · 21/06/2026 05:29

Where are the rioters today? If the roles were reversed and a man of colour was going out and terrorising white people it would be the number one story on the BBC and Herr Farage would be calling for action on the streets. Right now it's the sixth story on the BBC.

Similarly, with the atrocious and heartbreaking case of the baby who was abused and murdered. If the perpetrators hadn't been white there would have been bedlam on the streets by 'degenerate thugs concerned citizens'. The issue is clearly men, but rabid racists, the media and the malign agitators who whip them up into a frenzy never seem to be outraged when it's one of their own.

Man charged after suspected anti-Muslim attacks in Edinburgh

Two people were injured close to a mosque and a man was later seen battering the door of a pizzeria as members of the public run away.

Of course its racism thats why there are no riots.

Wrong, you must have missed the recent very similar attack in Edinburgh by an asylum seeker. There were no riots then either, just a peaceful protest by locals. There were also no comments from the prime minister and no MN threads.

TheGreatDownandOut · 21/06/2026 19:57

And a summary/excerpt that a poster kindly posted on that thread is below. Trigger warning….

What's included in this report is fucking harrowing:

  • A baby was abused and had cigarettes stubbed out on it while the mother was forced to watch; the baby was then killed.
  • Girls were set on fire.
  • Girls were sent to “red rooms” to be tortured, some of them killed, some of it livestreamed.
  • One girl was raped by a dog while men bet on whether it would vaginally or anally rape her.
Girls were forced to have abortions with knitting needles.
  • Glass bottles, keys, baseball bats, and other objects were forced inside them, some shattering.
  • Girls were gang-raped by dozens of men at a time in “party houses.”
  • Girls were whipped, hung upside down, suffocated, and urinated on.
  • Girls as young as 5 or 6 were tied up and abused.
  • Girls were locked in dog cages.
  • Girls were branded with an “M” for Muhammad.Girls were threatened with being killed and fed to pigs.
  • Girls were mocked for wearing a crucifix during the rapes.
All of this was carried out by predominantly South Asian, Pakistani men, with smaller numbers from Somali, Iranian, Syrian, Turkish, Bangladeshi, and Iraqi men. And yet perpetrators were let off, authorities turned a blind eye, and it continues to this day because people are scared of being called racist.

Yes. A more pertinent question OP could have asked is ‘why are there no riots’ about this and the facts that many of these racist perpetrators remain unprosecuted?

In fact the government have deliberately made prosecution harder by allowing the destruction of many of the relevant documents.

And let’s think about why the total number of victims remains contested but could be up to 250,000 cases in the limited information available. It is because no one has bothered to investigate the majority of them.

Imagine the government’s reaction if a load of white men were targeting Muslim girls for rape and torture? Why don’t our girls even get a police investigation and their paperwork stored?

This whole situation on it’s own and the way it is treated by the government is a billion times more divisive and destructive to our society than any so called ‘right wing’ activists could dream up.

But we’re the bad guys right @Firetreev ?

It really doesn't say that I'm conflating all Germans with Nazis. But we're not going to agree on that. I'm highlighting his admiration for the Third Reich. If you don't get that, then I can't help you. It may have been silly and crass, but you're blowing it out of proportion.

before the troops arrived Germany was full of Nazis. when they arrived there were none.

However you ask why no riots when you probably mean why no protests.

The answer is no one wants to suggest locking up the deranged as there's so many people who need locking up. Anyone who believes men can turn into women are a danger to society. Should we lock them.up?
The mentally unstable who go on to hurt and kill need locking up but we've spent Forty years stopping doing that

It’s not about immigration. It never was. It’s about some rich and powerful people dog whistling the racism that lurks beneath the surface of more white people than I want to imagine, to make themselves more rich and powerful. Immigration concerns are just the foil.

Plenty of Muslim people celebrated the 911 attacks. During the Fires in Hollywood the comments section of videos on facebook were full of people with arabic names with God is great/want to see America destroyed etc. Racism and taking pleasure from other people misfortunes is far from a uniquely white experience.

Edit if you doubt this you can still see the videos on youtube or the comments on posts about the 2025 wildfires in LA.

Do you mean like Keir Starmer and his government creating division and tension with his demonstrably different actions depending on the ethnicity/religion of perpetrators and victims?

Interesting negative generalisation against white people though. Ironic that you’re making accusations against us of racism.

This guy may well have had mental health issues, he certainly looked as if he was likely off his face on something.

There are a lot of comments on social media articles about this incident with laughing emojis saying it was justified, he’s a hero etc. I get that people have differing views about immigration but this is disgusting. Who the fuck thinks people getting stabbed is funny? I’ve never seen this level of open and outright facism in my lifetime. I live very local to this incident and my blood runs cold thinking of friends or their families walking up that road and potentially getting in the way of this. I’d like to think it was a one off lone nutter, which they usually are, but it’s the wider response which is worrying.

And your view on the muslim rape report ?

Yes, I feel like much of the public imagine that the grooming gangs have a) been stopping and b) largely been prosecuted.

Sadly they are wrong on both counts.

I must admit, before it was brought to my attention more recently I assumed the same, because what civilised society would refuse to investigate and prosecute such heinous acts against so many vulnerable young girls? After all the terrible points raised in the Casey report and warm words from the government I thought that maybe something would happen.

Something did happen early this year - but it was the government ordering the deletion of millions of magistrates' court archives that contained case records used to track grooming gangs. They were told of the urgent issues with this but they took months to order the retention of grooming gangs documents during which time it is likely that large quantities of information was already lost.

It makes me wonder what is going on in people’s minds when they wave all this away and refuse to even see the horrendous racism and behaviour around this. They then appear to demonise all white people who object. I can’t understand their thinking.

Where are you getting your information from? What makes you trust it?

The grooming gangs are horrific and I am in full agreement that any men using abusing vulnerable girls in this way should have the full force of the law brought upon them.

But as someone who has worked with those vulnerable cohorts of girls, I can tell you that the grooming and abuse is absolutely not sitting just in one race. It’s men of all creeds and colours.

kkloo · 22/06/2026 09:02

Firetreev · 21/06/2026 05:52

The hatred, division and racism we're seeing is being stoked by the elite from well known figures like Musk to much shadowier figures like Smith who owns 55 Tufton Street. They want us to hate one another, they're especially egging on the working and under classes in the UK, to take the heat of off them. If you believe immigrants and people of colour are the source of all your problems you're far less likely to turn on the dozen men who own half the world's wealth and are robbing every single one of us while destroying the planet and our democracies. The media frenzy and far right agitators which whip up these riots and stoke the division that fuel it are all to quiet when the stories don't fit their narrative of the immigrant boogeyman.

What do you think that posts like yours do when you use the obvious lines like 'where's the riot' and put all of this down to racism. You're helping to create a divide.

Imagine that headline said anti-Jewish instead of anti-Muslim…

Totally agree. Violence only matters if white folk are the victims.

Elbowpatch · 22/06/2026 09:05

From the link, the man arrested appears to have smashed few windows.

Not quite the same level as trying to hack a stranger’s head off in a public street.

They won't let that get in the way of an opportunity to ask 'where's the rioters today'?.

It's such a ridiculous question because MOST crimes go by without riots, whether they are committed by immigrants or not, it's only a very very rare crime that leads to riots.

But of course in this imaginary world they've created in their head, people are so racist that they riot every time an immigrant does anything wrong.

It makes me wonder what is going on in people’s minds when they wave all this away and refuse to even see the horrendous racism and behaviour around this. They then appear to demonise all white people who object. I can’t understand their thinking.

Two or more truths can exist at once.

I abhor and fully condemn the actions of those grooming gangs. I want them to be removed from society so that they are not able to repeat these behaviours. I would want a life sentence given because I think living with the trauma of having been SA in any way can be a life sentence in itself. Memories can be lived with and recovered from, but never erased.

I also believe that the abuse of vulnerable girls and women is not just located in one group of society. I believe that there has been a long history of women being seen as the property of men and it isn’t that long ago that in this country (UK), laws have changed to protect women in marriages from physical and S abuse. Other countries are in front of us in this respect and others are behind. We probably need even more robust laws to tackle violence and abuse against women. But it is laws and the law, and the best use of and development of that, that is needed. Not racist thuggery.

I also believe that some rich and powerful people are using racism, stirring up division and hate and using the experiences of victims to further their own agenda. Get more rich and powerful. They are creating a narrative that is allowing people to feel that they can ‘other’ certain races/cultures/religions and demean and condemn them as a whole, using the actions of a few to bolster that approach. This then is leading to racist attacks on the ground and innocent people are living in fear and being harmed.

I also believe that we are in WWIII and repeating the history that led to WWII and that every single one of us has a duty to try and avoid things panning out the same way.

EmeraldShamrock000 · 22/06/2026 09:17

That was awful. Crazy men indoctrinated by online radicals everywhere.
It is terrifying.
That aside, I think the thread title doesn’t help as the far left or far right fanning the flames is creating this division. On any social media story about a despicable attack from a white person has comments after comment about “Where are the riots” etc. Not helpful.
You are doing what they are doing on the other side of the coin. It is incitement to hate and defend your opinion.

"I was out in a beautiful park the other day.. my daughter was looking at swans on a piece of grass. Muslims came along stood right in front of my child and didn’t take note of her and began taking photos so 3/4 big tall women and men so I went and stood right infront of them and said absolutely not. So some are giving themselves a bad name...."

I don't even know where to begin with this.

lol they did they had and have no regard for anyone else but themselves. If they took notice they’d of seen my child was stood close to the swans etc and was looking and talking about them to me and my mother. Then in comes that group directly in front of us so they were around 3 steps from the swans and didn’t give a flying shit so I went round them again and to add to this if they were stood before me there I would not of let myself or my child step infront and not care that they were stood observing first. It’s common knowledge you do that. Not to mention the fully grown adult groups of them on days out at the zoo and standing infront of several children taking forever to observe and take pictures without a care in the world for children and I’m not talking about my own in this situation only as we are all entitled to enjoy days out but again they just seem to never think of others form what I’ve observed
