Hands down the best salad ever ever ever??
I am so addicted…the sauce, the CHEESE, the croutons…it’s so good!

I like a tuna mayo salad and Greek salad, but Cesar salad is the Goat

I think a really good Nicoise is a very very close second. The tuna has to be cooked from fresh confit in olive oil though

I agree with you - I love a caesar salad, as long as no-one decides to add those bastard anchovy fillets, which some people seem to insist on using.

But a blue cheese wedge salad with bacon comes a very close second

You can’t make this claim if you are excluding anchovies. Obviously.

Agree, a Caesar salad always hits the spot! Plus a side of fries of course. It’s very good with halloumi instead of chicken if you want to make it veggie.

Although a Greek salad in Greece is just soooo good! That’s definitely my number 1 salad. But perhaps that’s down to being on holiday 😂 same with a Caprese salad!

It is indeed the GOAT but needs delicious anchovies.

But you can keep the hurty croutons. Nasty.

I made one last night, but had the sauce from a bottle, I literally poured almost all of it on and later was licking some poured on a spoon as I wanted more 😫that taste

Do you want to know how I bastardised my chicken Caesar for lunch the other day? I added a pouch of posh chickpeas! Totally non traditional and I was convinced it wasn’t going to work but it was really good.
