Shamelessly posting in aibu, I know I'm not being unreasonable to ask but PLEASE tell me what finally helped you get pregnant?

Sorry but its the relax one, I had 4 miscarriages and when I fell pregnant for the 5th time 17 months after my 4th loss I had just lost my best friend to cancer so getting pregnant wasn't even on my list at the time.

Quit coffee, took cough medicine (guefwhateveritis). After a year of trying made those changes and got pregnant after two cycles, that was a chemical, then the one after that stuck.

Staying laying down after sex and not going to the loo as I was in the habit of doing. Seems bloody obvious in hindsight
