Streeting has to make his move now, Starmer will never be this weak and he has the chance to go now.

Burnham might be more likely to win, but he is not in, and where exactly is a safe seat by election they could parachute him in for? (nowhere)

So - Streeting will never have a better chance of being PM, he pulls the trigger NOW or he never pulls it at all.

I did say on Thursday that I thought it would be Friday or Monday.... Tuesday is a pretty good guess.

This is a quiet Bat People moment... That Speech... not worth remembering...

Rumours swirling that Al Carns could be a contender if Starmer does step down.

He's been talked about for a while. Too much of a wild card?

The one who went off climbing Everest whilst a minister? That one? Think he needs to actually demonstrate an inclination to do the boring bit of politics. Possibly a successor if he can be shown to be capable.

I think KS should stay for now, because I think we really need continuity and stability and because I can’t think of anyone who could do a better job or who would want the job right now.

I think he should carry on for as long as his MP want him to. As soon as more MPs publicly call for his resignation than support him staying, he should go and trigger a leadership contest.

Do you believe he should stay in the event of another fuck up in the interim? Say, a Mandelson type screw up.

The way people talk about KS you'd think he squeaky clean. Saville befriended him as a child and why has there been no mention of the Starmer/Ukranian rentboy trial that's been going on?

Fact check!

I don't think Southern cares about the truth tbh.

No, absolutely not. But that’s hypothetical, so I don’t understand why you’re asking!

The MP Rupa Huq just denied she signed a letter in support in KS (the letter signed by around 111 MPs). It’ll be interesting to see if anyone else who supposedly signed the letter says anything similar to her. That could mean fewer MPs are prepared to publicly support KS than previously thought.

OMG don’t tell me you actually believe that twitter crap ? It’s disinformation designed to hijack the votes of the gullible & stupid.

And it appears to have worked on you.
