Don't wait until you feel confident before doing something - confidence is built by doing things before you feel ready for them (eg presentations at work; not skydiving!)

My Dh’s mantra and I only began to get it as I got older. My own dc’s were very u sure of themselves and there was a Time I thought they would never do anything without me holding their hands ( literally) but turned out I was wrong. 🥹

The trick is to keep breathing. Do that and everything else has a habit of sorting itself out in the end.
