White bread, butter, pile on the crisps and squish it flat and eat.... Delicious 😋

Brown bread with extra strong cheese spread and a bag of Tayto salt and vinegar. Food of the gods….

Crisp sandwiches are elite! Cheese and Onion or smoky bacon if just crisps. Egg and salad cream sandwich must be with salt and vinegar crisps though

I’m forced to eat a gf diet, so for that reason I’m voting YABU. And no, gf bread wouldn’t work, it tastes of dusty mush and sadness.

Tangy Toms on a very well-buttered white roll. Marvellous. That was my lunch every day in Sixth Form.

I have to eat GF too and the schar white sandwich loaf works really well for crisp sandwiches. Though I just ate a GF crisp sandwich using two slices of toast instead of soft bread because I didn't want to open a loaf packet just for one crisp sandwich (already have some more gf bread open but its not the right kind for crisp sandwiches)

We have GF DD, there's a GF tiger loaf that's good, Warburton's I think

King cheese and onion crisps, white batch bread or white sliced pan bread, real butter. Yummy!

For the Celtic Crisp Crew - Tayto cheese and onion, Brennans white bread, Kerrygold butter, and a slice of Kilmeaden mature cheddar. The cheddar is optional, but essential for me!

I hate butter, but love a crisp sandwich. You have to work extra hard to keep the crisps inside the bread, but it’s worth it.

I had a soft floury bun with double Gloucester cheese and McCoys cheese and onion crisps for my tea, food of kings!

It still goes slimy when chewed, sadly. I loved bread so much- I just can’t accept the gf alternatives ☹️.

Granary bread, hummus on both slices with Walkers ready salted crisps in between.

Every year I call it my Crispmas Day sandwich and every year my DH groans at my pun - and somehow that makes it even funnier!

Dropping back in to say I’ve decided to try bacon crisps in warburtons with very salty butter.

A few crisps improves most savory sandwiches- particularly supermarket ones.

Soft white bread, buttered. Filled with walkers cheese and onion crisps. Squished down to crush the crisps and dunked into salad cream. Alternatively switch the crisps for watsits and dunk into salad cream. Heaven!
