I have my own thoughts on that one which I've shared with Mumsnet. It isn't a Farage/Reform/Tory hating forum - it's proud to be all inclusive. If you go against the grain, you get piled on. So the toe cringing Saint Kemi comment does not surprise me.

Why not? How are you going to stop her? By making false claims about her being a ‘scammer’?

You seem highly offended that there is a positive thread about Kemi Badenoch on MN. Why is that?
@BIossomtoes has rightly given Kemi credit for how she's handled this week, despite not being a Kemi fan herself. Can you not do the same?

Remind me, did you actually have anything specific you don’t like about Kemi that you wanted to share or are you just here for the cat gifs? Sorry you’ve been disappointed - here you go.

I think she talks well in a natural way. Much better than the pre-programmed politician robot style a lot of them adopt. However, I fear that there is no significant substance underneath. It's much easier to hide that in opposition as Starmer has evidenced. I also don't think she is very intelligent. Her CV is not that impressive and her claim to a Stanford pre-medicine place scholarship offer at sixteen is just cringe and also very ill-informed. She'd be good in comms if someone else were doing the deep thinking part. I don't like what she has said about maternity rights nor her gauche comments on ASD. None of the above are huge issues though as I don't believe that she will never be PM with the millstone that is the Conservative Party legacy round her neck.

I can sense change is in the air.. despite the fools in charge. They can't hide from this.

I compare Kemi's response to Diane Abbott's and see which words are the most wise. I also see which response is the most divisive.

I was impressed by that too. And she did say she did try and raise the issues while in government but was basically ignored by public bodies.
