Everything about "zack Polanski" is fake - he was born David Paulden. He was never a "spokesman" for the Red Cross. He scammed women with fake hypnotism, He is a actor with a completely invented persona, he's no politician, he's a snake oil salesman. How can anyone vote for him?

Yep. So many posts about ZP recently.

Yeah it’s interesting, might be nothing in it, or is there a smear campaign happening? I don’t know (and I’m genuinely not sure), but there’s a lot of threads.

I am voting for my local Green Party candidates tomorrow as they do a fantastic job and none of them have been accused of antisemitism or racism or predjudice of any kind.

End of.

What council would that be? Let's have a look........

Made up rubbish.

Luckily mumsnet agrees with you that anti-semetism within a mainstream political party is fine

AInightingale · 06/05/2026 16:21

Hannah Spencer got into politics, apparently, as she was concerned about the abuse of dogs in racing. Very laudable, I liked that a party cared about animal welfare and made it one of its prominent policies. But now they have u-turned on their commitment to end ritual slaughter.

You've already been deleted for posting nasty divisive rubbish so why don't you just go and spread your venom somewhere else.

MandingoAteMyBaby · 06/05/2026 16:24

More smears. Somebody in the establishment is scared. Same with Corbyn.

Yes the constant threads on ZP are wearing a bit. I'm not even a green voter!

Regardless though, I didn't think anyone could vote for ZP tomorrow as he's a member of the London Assembly which isn't being voted on again til 2028...? He's not up for election tomorrow as a councillor is he?

The party he leads is up for election in many places tomorrow and it’s easy enough to avoid any threads that don’t interest you, surely.

nam3c4ang3 · 06/05/2026 16:26

Ah surely one is taking that clown seriously?! No one I know even believes he’s a real candidate - just a bit of an idiot who chats a whole load of fucking shit and really anyone who actually votes for him is a bit nuts too 🤣 - because seriously - no one can honestly believe he can make boobs bigger with hypnotherapy 🤣 what an idiot.

The Greens are under increased scrutiny for several reasons. They have surged in the polls (and membership numbers) in recent months.
Add that to the breakdown of the 2.5 party system, which means Greens have a realistic chance of helping to form a government in 2029.

It's right that any whacky ideas or personnel are being jumped on by the press, just as Reform's were when they were surging last year.

It’s like Jeremy Corbyn all over again, every other party using him as a scapegoat for their own fucked up policies and opinions.

Never thought I’d see so much reform support on Mumsnet as I have the last few weeks (spoiler alert - unless you’re a wealthy man, Nigel and his mates don’t give a toss about you).

Rubbish. There's no need for smears. Polanski is doing alright without anyone 'smearing' him. It's the people who vote for him that worry me.

PurpleLovecats · 06/05/2026 16:38

And Farage is oh so genuine?

What are you going to complain about on Irish social media?

SunnyAfternoonToday · 06/05/2026 16:39

Please point me in the direction of any threads where there is support for Farage as I haven't seen them. Perhaps he is being 'smeared' too?
Incidentally Polanski and Farage are two faces of the same coin.

What’s the source for the increasing breast size thing please?

He did it for an article on the sun newspaper (classy guy that he is). He said he regretted it and apologised but actually he defended his claims in a radio interview about a week afterwards saying (quoted from bbc article):

"Actually increasingly more and more as I work with people, there's starting to become anecdotal evidence, at least, of a growth in breast size," he told presenter Peter Levy.

The campaign to rename Herzog Park springs to mind. Good to see that the Irish Government clamped down on that one.

Complain about what ?

hairbearbunches · 06/05/2026 16:43

If Andy Burnham manages to find a way back to Westminster after these elections, Polanski is dead in the water. He can keep the far left cranks, the moderate left will stick with Labour. (She said with her fingers crossed tightly.)

Very low bar, but I think Farage is probably more genuine.

Christ I don’t.

Hell would freeze over before I would give him my vote.
